【摘要】：造就互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)飛速發(fā)展的VIE結(jié)構(gòu),隨著股票注冊制政策的出臺,一度銷聲匿跡的中概股拆VIE重返A(chǔ)股。本文以暴風(fēng)影音VIE結(jié)構(gòu)拆除回歸中概股為例,分析了VIE結(jié)構(gòu)拆除回歸中概股過程中存在的財(cái)稅風(fēng)險,并提出了注冊會計(jì)師在執(zhí)業(yè)中需要注意和關(guān)注的事項(xiàng)。
[Abstract]:With the introduction of the policy of stock registration system, the once disappeared Chinese shares broke down and returned to A shares. This paper takes Storm Player VIE structure as an example. This paper analyzes the financial and tax risks in the process of removing and returning the VIE structure, and puts forward the matters needing attention and attention in the practice of certified public accountants.
