【摘要】：隨著我國科學技術水平的持續(xù)發(fā)展和郵政經(jīng)營環(huán)境的改變,郵政信息系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)發(fā)生了質(zhì)的改變,郵政工作對網(wǎng)絡和信息系統(tǒng)的依賴程度日益突出。郵政系統(tǒng)作為國家關乎國計民生的重要部門,其信息系統(tǒng)的運行安全已經(jīng)關系到我國的社會穩(wěn)定和人們的幸福生活。然而,從目前郵政信息系統(tǒng)安全狀況來看,郵政信息化的安全系統(tǒng)尚沒有達到與其功能和地位相適應的安全高度。本文從分析河南省郵政信息化安全現(xiàn)狀入手,剖析了郵政信息系統(tǒng)中所存在的安全隱患,并提出了相應對策和建議。 本文從以下幾個方面進行了分析研究。首先,對郵政系統(tǒng)安全問題的相關背景進行了分析,并通過對郵政信息化系統(tǒng)的理論綜述指出我們本次研究的必要性。然后,根據(jù)對國內(nèi)外郵政信息系統(tǒng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的研究,分析得出郵政信息化安全問題理論的發(fā)展狀況。通過以河南郵政為案例進行了分析,了解了郵政信息系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。最后,結(jié)合河南省郵政信息系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀,從軟件和硬件及技術人員等方面剖析了郵政信息系統(tǒng)中所存在的安全隱患,并且提出了促進河南郵政信息化安全發(fā)展的對策和建議,主要論述了針對硬件、軟件以及人員方面的安全管理建議,同時為其他郵政局信息化安全建設提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of science and technology in China and the change of postal management environment, the postal information system has undergone a qualitative change. As an important part of the national economy and people's livelihood, the operational security of the postal system has a bearing on the social stability of our country and the happy life of people. In view of the present security situation of postal information system, the security system of postal information system has not reached the level of security corresponding to its function and status. This paper begins with the analysis of the present situation of postal information security in Henan Province. This paper analyzes the hidden danger of security in postal information system, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. In this paper, the following aspects are analyzed. Firstly, the background of the security problems of postal system is analyzed, and the necessity of this research is pointed out by summarizing the theory of postal information system. Based on the research on the development of postal information system at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the development situation of the security theory of postal information system. By taking Henan Post as a case study, it understands the present situation of the development of postal information system. Combined with the present situation of postal information system in Henan Province, this paper analyzes the hidden dangers in postal information system from the aspects of software, hardware and technical personnel, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the security development of Henan postal information system. This paper mainly discusses the security management suggestions for hardware, software and personnel, and provides reference for other post offices in the construction of information security.
