【摘要】：在互聯網背景下,平臺成為主流商業(yè)模式。本文基于權力配置的視角研究軟件平臺的開放性與顧客滿意度的關系。通過對i OS和Android操作系統(tǒng)平臺的案例研究發(fā)現,平臺企業(yè)對平臺的所有權衍生出平臺的進入權和管治權,而進入權與管治權的配置模式分別決定了平臺的開放廣度與開放深度。集權治理的平臺企業(yè)其平臺開放廣度與深度較低,分權治理的平臺企業(yè)其平臺開放廣度與深度較高;平臺的開放廣度與顧客滿意度成正比關系,開放深度與顧客滿意度成倒U型關系。因此,對平臺企業(yè)而言,為追求顧客滿意,可以嘗試向平臺贊助商開放平臺,同時通過設置最優(yōu)管治權配置模式確定平臺最佳開放深度。
[Abstract]:Under the background of Internet, the platform has become the mainstream business model. This paper studies the relationship between the openness of software platform and customer satisfaction based on the perspective of power allocation. Through the case study of I OS and Android operating system platform, we find that, The ownership of the platform enterprise gives rise to the right of entry and administration of the platform, The allocation mode of access right and management right respectively determines the open breadth and depth of platform. The platform enterprise with centralized governance has lower open breadth and depth of platform, and platform enterprise with decentralized governance has higher open breadth and depth of platform. The open breadth of the platform is proportional to customer satisfaction, and the open depth is inversely U-shaped. Therefore, for platform enterprises, to pursue customer satisfaction, we can try to open the platform to platform sponsors. At the same time, the optimal open depth of the platform is determined by setting the optimal management allocation mode.
