【摘要】：在全球信息化背景下,移動通信蓬勃發(fā)展。從1G到4G,30多年的迅猛發(fā)展也推動了基站天線這一移動通信關(guān)鍵性部件的發(fā)展。隨著天線小型化,低成本,多頻段等趨勢的來襲,迫使制造商不斷研發(fā)技術(shù),降低成本,提高質(zhì)量,這無疑給企業(yè)帶來巨大挑戰(zhàn)。R公司是全球知名的無線通信科技公司,基站天線業(yè)務(wù)更是2016年的戰(zhàn)略重點。面對國內(nèi)外的激烈競爭,要贏得利潤,就必須以客戶為導向,快速響應,開發(fā)出高質(zhì)量的具有競爭力的天線。公司現(xiàn)有的項目質(zhì)量管理已不能完全適應市場的需要,對其改進無疑成為搶占市場的重要一環(huán)。本論文旨在研究適合R公司的基站天線項目的質(zhì)量管理,綜合運用各種質(zhì)量工具,分析現(xiàn)狀,找出主因,采取措施對癥下藥,重點通過改進流程體系,人員培訓,IT工具和知識管理,處理問題工具來提升項目質(zhì)量,進而降低成本,提升效率,契合公司戰(zhàn)略。通過對X項目的質(zhì)量管理優(yōu)化實例,驗證了改進的有效性,為公司今后開展類似質(zhì)量改進具有現(xiàn)實和指導意義,對其他企業(yè)改進項目質(zhì)量管理,具有一定的借鑒意義。另外,目前對基站天線項目的質(zhì)量管理研究較少,本文提出的改進思路和方案也進一步豐富了基站天線行業(yè)質(zhì)量改進理論。
[Abstract]:In the context of global information technology, mobile communication is booming. The rapid development of base station antenna, a key component of mobile communication, has also been promoted by the rapid development from 1G to 4G over 30 years. With the trend of antenna miniaturization, low cost, multi-frequency band and so on, Forcing manufacturers to develop technology, reduce costs, and improve quality undoubtedly poses a huge challenge to companies. R is a world-renowned wireless communications technology company. In 2016, the base station antenna business is the strategic focus. In the face of fierce competition at home and abroad, in order to win profits, we must be customer-oriented and respond quickly. Develop high-quality competitive antennas. The company's existing project quality management can no longer fully meet the needs of the market, This paper aims to study the quality management of base station antenna project suitable for R company, comprehensively use all kinds of quality tools, analyze the present situation, find out the main cause, and take measures to solve the problem. Through improving the process system, personnel training IT tools and knowledge management, problem management tools to improve the quality of the project, and then reduce costs, improve efficiency, fit the company strategy. Through the X project quality management optimization example, Verify the effectiveness of the improvement, for the company to carry out similar quality improvement in the future has practical and guiding significance, to other enterprises to improve project quality management, has a certain reference significance. At present, there are few researches on the quality management of base station antenna project, and the improvement ideas and schemes presented in this paper further enrich the theory of base station antenna industry quality improvement.
