解構(gòu)“金融科技”:金融服務(wù)業(yè)與ICT之間內(nèi)生性關(guān)系的實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:科技發(fā)展引發(fā)的數(shù)字與信息革命持續(xù)不斷地給各行各業(yè)帶來前所未有的變化,金融業(yè)也不例外?萍寂c金融交匯融合,并以數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),以技術(shù)為手段,為金融帶來創(chuàng)新的業(yè)務(wù)模式、應(yīng)用、流程或產(chǎn)品,這便是時(shí)下火熱的"金融科技"的含義。金融科技遵從金融本質(zhì),依靠與科技的無縫銜接,從本質(zhì)上保證金融行業(yè)提高工作效率、降低運(yùn)營(yíng)成本,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)利潤(rùn)最大化。因此,金融科技被視為能夠重塑金融行業(yè)的全新領(lǐng)域,也是世界各國(guó)在21世紀(jì)想要努力抓住的發(fā)展機(jī)遇之一。在時(shí)下全球經(jīng)濟(jì)增速變緩,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展動(dòng)力疲軟的大背景下,對(duì)金融科技的研究具有十分重要的意義。隨著金融科技的重要性與關(guān)注度不斷提升,與此相關(guān)的研究也不斷增多,但目前這些研究大多更偏向理論解釋、分析與預(yù)測(cè),實(shí)證研究比較少;同時(shí)研究重點(diǎn)放在科技如何促進(jìn)并服務(wù)于金融,而非二者之間的動(dòng)態(tài)關(guān)系。本文在炙手可熱的"金融科技"的背景下拆解"金融"與"科技",并通過實(shí)證研究二者之間的內(nèi)生性關(guān)系。本文用"金融服務(wù)業(yè)"代表"金融科技"中的"金融",包括銀行、證券、保險(xiǎn)、信托、基金等行業(yè);用"ICT"代表"金融科技"中的"科技",ICT指信息通訊技術(shù),是信息技術(shù)與通訊技術(shù)相融合而形成的新的概念和領(lǐng)域,也是金融科技中的"科技"主要涵蓋的領(lǐng)域。本文采用兩階段最小二乘法,用聯(lián)立方程組模型研究金融服務(wù)業(yè)與ICT之間的內(nèi)生性關(guān)系,即兩者之間是否互相促進(jìn)、互相影響,或者僅存在單方向的影響。本文利用該模型對(duì)來自36個(gè)國(guó)家從2001年至2011年的數(shù)據(jù)首先進(jìn)行混合回歸,其次考慮固定效應(yīng),即插入虛擬變量進(jìn)行回歸,兩次回歸結(jié)果的顯著性并無差異,但由于固定效應(yīng)控制了不隨時(shí)間變化而變化的因素而比混合回歸更加準(zhǔn)確,因此本文結(jié)論采用固定效應(yīng)的結(jié)果;貧w結(jié)果顯示,ICT對(duì)金融服務(wù)業(yè)有顯著的促進(jìn)作用,該結(jié)果與時(shí)下對(duì)金融科技的理論研究結(jié)果一致,即ICT技術(shù)通過降低金融服務(wù)的成本、提高金融行業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)效率來推動(dòng)金融行業(yè)發(fā)展和變革。但反過來,金融服務(wù)業(yè)對(duì)ICT的回歸并不顯著。從理論上講,科技的發(fā)展需要融資、收售股權(quán)等金融服務(wù)的支持,但就本文所涉及的ICT領(lǐng)域而言,人力資本對(duì)于ICT的重要性可能遠(yuǎn)超金融服務(wù)業(yè);谏鲜鼋Y(jié)論和相應(yīng)的解釋,本文提供了一些政策性意見。在公司層面,傳統(tǒng)金融機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)變自我定位,利用自身優(yōu)勢(shì),積極利用ICT技術(shù)改善盈利模式。在國(guó)家層面,政府應(yīng)在支持與監(jiān)管金融科技方面尋求平衡。擁抱信息時(shí)代的同時(shí),也應(yīng)小心防范潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。此外,人力資本應(yīng)作為一國(guó)發(fā)展ICT行業(yè)的重點(diǎn)考量因素。本文在數(shù)據(jù)與建模上存在一些不足和局限性,因此在文末為未來的進(jìn)一步相關(guān)研究提供了一些參考意見。
[Abstract]:The digital information revolution triggered by the development of science and technology and continuously to all walks of life to bring hitherto unknown change, the financial industry is no exception. The technology and financial integration, and based on the data, the technology as a means to bring innovative business models, financial applications, processes or products, it is nowadays a hot financial technology "the meaning of financial technology. Comply with the financial essence, rely on seamless connection with science and technology, essentially guarantee efficiency of the financial industry, reduce operating costs, and ultimately achieve the maximization of profit. Therefore, financial technology is considered to be a new field of reshaping the financial industry, is also one of the countries of the world in twenty-first Century to try to seize the opportunity for development. In the current global economic growth slows, the background of weak power of economic development, it is very important to research on financial technology. As an important financial technology And attention rising, and the related research is increasing, but most of these studies tend to theoretical explanation, analysis and forecast, little empirical research; at the same time focus on how to promote science and technology and services in the financial, rather than dynamic relationship between the two. The regression results show that ICT has a significant effect on the financial services industry, the results with the results of theoretical Research on financial technology agreement that is, ICT technology can reduce the cost of financial services, improve the business efficiency of the financial industry to promote the development of financial industry and change. But on the other hand, the financial services industry on the back ICT Merge is not significant. In theory, the development of science and technology to the sale of equity financing, and other financial services support, but the ICT in terms of human capital for the importance of ICT far beyond the financial services industry. The corresponding conclusion and explanation based on, this paper has provided some policy advice. At the company level, traditional financial institutions should change the self positioning, the use of their own advantages, actively use ICT technology to improve the profit model. At the national level, the government should seek balance in the support and supervision of financial science and technology. Embrace the information age at the same time, should also be careful to prevent potential risks. In addition, human capital should be considered as a key development of ICT industry a country's factor. This paper has some shortcomings and limitations in data modeling and so on, to provide some suggestions at the end of the paper for further study in the future.
