【摘要】：政治社會(huì)化是指“政治人”的形成和發(fā)展過程，是人類社會(huì)化的核心內(nèi)容。政治社會(huì)化是人類個(gè)體在與社會(huì)政治體系互動(dòng)的過程中接受政治文化教育、學(xué)習(xí)政治知識(shí)、掌握政治技能、內(nèi)化政治規(guī)范、形成政治態(tài)度、完善政治人格，并能動(dòng)地作用于社會(huì)政治的過程。隨著信息技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展，計(jì)算機(jī)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的普及和應(yīng)用，人類進(jìn)入網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息時(shí)代，網(wǎng)絡(luò)與人們生活的聯(lián)系日益密切，在公共政治生活方式方面將產(chǎn)生深刻的影響，尤其在政治價(jià)值觀念、政治行為方式和政治心理特征等方面，孕育出一種全新的文化形態(tài)——網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化。這些變化必將在很大程度上影響和改變著中國(guó)的政治生態(tài)，我國(guó)的政治社會(huì)化過程也定將隨之發(fā)生變化，從而形成與傳統(tǒng)治社會(huì)化迥然有別的社會(huì)化方式。 網(wǎng)絡(luò)使得人們借助各種電子設(shè)備就可以獲取豐富的政治社會(huì)生活信息，學(xué)習(xí)政治文化；虛擬情境的創(chuàng)設(shè)，極大方便了人們政治角色的扮演與實(shí)踐，從而有利于政治精英的培養(yǎng)；網(wǎng)絡(luò)政治參與的內(nèi)涵與外延正在虛擬的網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)中不斷拓展，可以說，網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)背景下產(chǎn)生了我國(guó)公民政治社會(huì)化的全新模式。具體來說，網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)對(duì)政治社會(huì)化的影響可以從兩個(gè)維度展開，每個(gè)層面皆有正反兩方面的效應(yīng)。首先在社會(huì)層面，一方面，網(wǎng)絡(luò)的低門檻性、平等性、便捷性等特點(diǎn)有助于打破信息壟斷局面，促進(jìn)言論自由的發(fā)展，信息不受時(shí)間限制、言論不被空間局限，有利于建構(gòu)現(xiàn)代政治價(jià)值觀念，有利于現(xiàn)代政治文化的塑造和主流意識(shí)形態(tài)的保護(hù)與傳播；而在另一方面，網(wǎng)絡(luò)的隱蔽性、分散性等特點(diǎn)使得原有的政治權(quán)力格局面臨一些新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)，有可能增大推動(dòng)政治變革的發(fā)生的力量。在個(gè)人層面，網(wǎng)絡(luò)有利于促進(jìn)公民現(xiàn)代政治人格的形成和政治態(tài)度的形成，促進(jìn)公民政治參與；但同時(shí)，也可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致非理性參與和“無政府狀態(tài)”狀態(tài)的出現(xiàn)，需要政府采取積極有效措施進(jìn)行調(diào)控�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)是一把“雙刃劍”，，在給我國(guó)政治社會(huì)化帶來難得機(jī)遇的同時(shí)，也使我國(guó)政治社會(huì)化面臨前所未有的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。 本文從我國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)政治的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及其特點(diǎn)入手，通過分析它對(duì)我國(guó)政治社會(huì)化過程的正反兩方面作用后，試圖探討網(wǎng)絡(luò)的政治社會(huì)化功能及對(duì)政治生活的影響，找到充分發(fā)揮網(wǎng)絡(luò)政治的優(yōu)勢(shì)、克服其弊端的具體措施和辦法，以期有利于我國(guó)政治社會(huì)化的全面健康的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Political socialization refers to the forming and developing process of "political person" and the core content of human socialization. Political socialization is that human individual receives political cultural education and learns political knowledge in the process of interaction with social political system. Mastering political skills, internalizing political norms, forming political attitudes, perfecting political personality, and playing an active role in the process of social politics. With the rapid development of information technology, the popularization and application of computer and Internet technologies, When human beings enter the age of network information, the relationship between network and people's life is getting closer and closer, which will have a profound influence on the way of public political life, especially in the aspects of political values, ways of political behavior and political psychological characteristics, etc. A completely new form of culture, Internet culture, has been conceived. These changes will affect and change China's political ecology to a great extent, and the process of political socialization in China will change with it. As a result, there are different ways of socialization with traditional governance. The network enables people to obtain rich political and social life information and study political culture with the help of various electronic devices, and the creation of virtual situation greatly facilitates people's political role play and practice. The connotation and extension of network political participation is expanding in the virtual network society. It can be said that under the background of network society, a new mode of citizen political socialization has emerged in our country. The influence of network society on political socialization can be carried out from two dimensions, each level has both positive and negative effects. First, at the social level, on the one hand, the low threshold and equality of the network, Convenience and other characteristics help to break the information monopoly situation, promote the development of freedom of speech, information is not limited by time, speech is not limited by space, which is conducive to the construction of modern political values. It is beneficial to the shaping of modern political culture and the protection and dissemination of mainstream ideology. On the other hand, the covert and decentralized nature of the network makes the original political power pattern face some new opportunities and challenges. At the individual level, the network is conducive to the formation of modern political personality and political attitude of citizens, and to the promotion of citizen political participation, but at the same time, It may also lead to the emergence of irrational participation and "anarchy", which requires the government to take active and effective measures to control the situation. The Internet is a "double-edged sword", which brings a rare opportunity to the political socialization of our country. Also make our country political socialization faces unprecedented austere challenge. This article starts with the current situation and characteristics of the network politics in our country. After analyzing its positive and negative effects on the process of political socialization in our country, this paper tries to discuss the political socialization function of the network and its influence on the political life. To find out the concrete measures and methods to give full play to the advantages of network politics and overcome its disadvantages in order to benefit the overall and healthy development of our country's political socialization.
