【摘要】：運用主成分分析法對我國29個省份460家代表性軟件企業(yè)的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),超六成省份軟件企業(yè)競爭力綜合得分為負(fù)值,軟件企業(yè)競爭力"東強西弱"的區(qū)域特征明顯,軟件企業(yè)規(guī)模經(jīng)濟效應(yīng)整體偏弱,研發(fā)創(chuàng)新能力亟待加強,企業(yè)產(chǎn)出效率普遍較低。因此,應(yīng)以做大做強軟件企業(yè)為目標(biāo),以國際軟件企業(yè)為標(biāo)桿,培育一批規(guī)模經(jīng)營效益好、管理先進、主業(yè)優(yōu)勢突出、資金實力雄厚、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力強、跨國經(jīng)營規(guī)�；�、具備一定國際競爭力的跨國軟件大企業(yè)。充分挖掘中西部省份的科技資源和市場優(yōu)勢,增強軟件企業(yè)的研發(fā)創(chuàng)新能力,通過提高管理水平和人員素質(zhì)帶動企業(yè)產(chǎn)出效率的提升。
[Abstract]:The principal component analysis is used to study 460 representative software enterprises in 29 provinces of China. It is found that the comprehensive scores of software enterprises' competitiveness in more than 60 provinces are negative. The regional characteristics of software enterprises' competitiveness "East strong and West weak" are obvious, the overall scale economic effect of software enterprises is weak, the R & D innovation ability needs to be strengthened urgently, and the enterprise output efficiency is generally low. We should take the large and strong software enterprises as the goal, take the international software enterprises as the benchmark, cultivate a batch of scale management with good efficiency, advanced management, outstanding advantages in the main business, strong financial strength and strong technical innovation ability. Multinational large multinational software enterprises with a certain international competitiveness to fully tap the scientific and technological resources and market advantages of the central and western provinces and enhance the R & D and innovation capabilities of software enterprises. By improving the management level and quality of personnel to promote the efficiency of enterprise output.
