領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力涌現(xiàn)研究綜述與未來展望

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)關(guān)于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的研究往往認為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者只能由單一的、正式任命的個體來擔任,而隨著組織結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型的深化,企業(yè)開始更加依賴團隊成員所提供的非正式領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,從而使領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力涌現(xiàn)受到關(guān)注。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力涌現(xiàn)是指在團隊內(nèi)部個體對其他成員所表現(xiàn)出的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的感知過程。本文通過梳理現(xiàn)有關(guān)于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力涌現(xiàn)的文獻,介紹了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力涌現(xiàn)的概念與測量,明確了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力涌現(xiàn)形成的理論基礎(chǔ)與路徑,厘清了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力涌現(xiàn)的研究現(xiàn)狀,最后指出了現(xiàn)有研究的局限性以及未來值得進一步探討的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Traditional leadership studies tend to think that leaders can only be taken up by a single, formally appointed individual, and as organizational restructuring deepens, firms begin to rely more on informal leadership provided by team members. Thus, the emergence of leadership has attracted attention. Leadership emergence refers to the process of perception of leadership shown by individuals within the team to other members. By combing the existing literature on leadership emergence, this paper introduces the concept and measurement of leadership emergence, clarifies the theoretical basis and path of leadership emergence, and clarifies the research status quo of leadership emergence. Finally, the limitations of the existing research and the future research direction are pointed out.
