【摘要】：利用我國上市公司的數(shù)據(jù),從薪酬契約有效性的角度研究了高管薪酬激勵(lì)與公司風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)水平之間的關(guān)系。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):基于業(yè)績的高管有效薪酬會(huì)抑制公司風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)水平的提高,這是高管激勵(lì)在公司風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)中的負(fù)面效應(yīng);高管無效薪酬則會(huì)提高公司的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)水平,無論高管獲得了過高薪酬還是過低薪酬都是如此;分析師關(guān)注、產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)能夠緩解高管有效薪酬對公司風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)水平的抑制作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of listed companies in China, this paper studies the relationship between executive compensation incentives and corporate risk-taking level from the perspective of the effectiveness of compensation contracts. The study found that performance-based executive effective compensation can inhibit the increase of risk assumption level, which is the negative effect of executive incentive in the company's risk taking, while executive ineffective compensation will improve the company's risk-taking level. Whether executives are paid too much or underpaid, analysts are concerned that the protection of property rights can mitigate the effect of effective executive pay on the company's risk-taking level.
