基于系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)的企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的技術(shù)變遷路徑分析仿真模型

【摘要】:技術(shù)變遷是企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的重要途徑之一,本文分析了信息化環(huán)境下企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型中技術(shù)變遷過程,采用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)方法,構(gòu)建了技術(shù)變遷路徑的因果圖和系統(tǒng)流圖;通過案例仿真實(shí)驗(yàn),獲取了影響技術(shù)變遷的關(guān)鍵因素,即RD投入和企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)上線率.動(dòng)態(tài)模擬結(jié)果表明,這兩個(gè)因素能夠有效提高企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)化能力,但其投入量必須控制在合理范圍之內(nèi).
[Abstract]:Technological change is one of the important ways of enterprise transformation. This paper analyzes the process of technological change in enterprise transformation under the information environment, and constructs the causality diagram and system flow diagram of technological transition path by using system dynamics method. The key factors influencing the technological change, namely R D input and enterprise information system line ratio, are obtained by the case simulation experiment. The dynamic simulation results show that these two factors can effectively improve the economic transformation ability of enterprises, but their input load must be controlled within a reasonable range.
