【摘要】：作為統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展,以及建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村的關(guān)鍵與核心所在,縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展是地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要?jiǎng)恿?也是支撐整個(gè)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要因素。改革開放以來(lái),安徽省六安市的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)發(fā)展迅速。然而,從經(jīng)濟(jì)總量方面和發(fā)展水平來(lái)看,六安市整體經(jīng)濟(jì)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)落后于安徽省其他地區(qū)。2012年的安徽縣域分類考核將安徽省62個(gè)縣(市)根據(jù)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、資源環(huán)境、改善民生等指標(biāo),將安徽省各縣按照縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平分為了四類,六安各縣均屬于發(fā)展水平較低的第三、四類行列。大力發(fā)展和壯大六安的縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。而科學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)并透徹分析六安市縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,深入研究六安市可持續(xù)發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在的根本性問(wèn)題,是實(shí)現(xiàn)六安市縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)平衡發(fā)展的重要前提。本文在梳理縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了六安市縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及取得的發(fā)展成果,歸納了六安市縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)在發(fā)展中所存在的問(wèn)題,并使用因子分析法對(duì)六安市縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行深入分析。具體來(lái)說(shuō),本文選擇了六安市8個(gè)縣(市)的主要經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行因子分析,由此得出影響縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的公共因子,通過(guò)相關(guān)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法計(jì)算綜合因子得分并排序,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)安徽省縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的評(píng)價(jià),并根據(jù)綜合評(píng)價(jià)得分將8個(gè)縣(區(qū))分成縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平不同的三類地區(qū)。最后針對(duì)不同類型的縣(區(qū))提出提升其縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:As the key and core of urban and rural development as well as the construction of new socialist countryside, the development of county economy is an important driving force of regional economic development and an important factor to support the development of the whole national economy. Since the reform and opening up, the economic construction of Lu'an City, Anhui Province has developed rapidly. However, from the point of view of the total economic volume and the level of development, the overall economy of Lu'an City lags far behind other regions in Anhui Province. In 2012, the county level of Anhui Province classified and assessed 62 counties (cities) in Anhui Province according to economic development, structural adjustment, and resources and environment. According to the level of county economic development, every county in Anhui Province is divided into four categories, and all counties in Lu'an belong to the third and fourth categories with lower level of development. It is urgent to develop and strengthen the county economy of six'an. The scientific evaluation and thorough analysis of the competitiveness of the county economy in Lu'an and the study of the fundamental problems in the process of sustainable development of the city are the important prerequisites for the coordinated and balanced development of the county economy in Lu'an. On the basis of combing the relevant research of county economy, this paper summarizes the present situation and achievements of the county economy in Lu'an, and summarizes the problems existing in the development of the county economy in Lu'an. And the use of factor analysis of the basic competitiveness of the county economy in Luan City in-depth analysis. Specifically, this paper selects the main economic and social indicators of 8 counties (cities) in Lu'an City to carry out factor analysis, and draws the public factors that affect the level of county economic development. In order to evaluate the basic competitiveness of the county economy in Anhui Province, the comprehensive factor scores are calculated and sorted by the relevant statistical analysis methods. According to the comprehensive evaluation score, 8 counties (districts) are divided into three types of regions with different levels of county economic development. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to improve the competitiveness of county economy for different types of counties (districts).
