【摘要】：正本刊訊10月23日,全國首部省級國際產(chǎn)能合作發(fā)展規(guī)劃《山西省重點行業(yè)國際產(chǎn)能合作規(guī)劃》驗收評審會在北京舉辦,本次評審會邀請了國務院發(fā)展研究中心、中國社科院、國務院國資委、對外經(jīng)貿(mào)大學、中信銀行等有關單位的領導和專家作為評審專家,對《規(guī)劃》進行驗收評審。會議聽取了商務部研究院課題組組長李志鵬研究員、梁桂寧研究員作的編寫情況介紹。經(jīng)過評審專家集體討論,大家一致認為,《山西省重點行業(yè)國際產(chǎn)能合作規(guī)劃》實現(xiàn)了三個創(chuàng)新:第一是破解了山西重點產(chǎn)業(yè)國際產(chǎn)能合作"去哪里"的難題,第二是系統(tǒng)解決了山西省重點產(chǎn)業(yè)國際產(chǎn)能合作"怎么去"的問題,即務實地提出了對重點國別開展

After a collective discussion among the review experts, it was agreed that the "International capacity Cooperation Program for key Industries in Shanxi Province" has realized three innovations: first, it has solved the difficult problem of "where to go" in the international production capacity cooperation of Shanxi's key industries.
