【摘要】：目前已有的衡量城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的指標(biāo)主要是基于收入維度的單一指標(biāo),忽略了影響收入差距形成的因素以及這一差距對政策制定者所產(chǎn)生的影響。鑒于此,本文基于傳統(tǒng)基尼系數(shù),嘗試從收入和能力兩個維度,運用居民收入和發(fā)展性消費支出數(shù)據(jù),引入反映政策制定者態(tài)度的容忍參數(shù),建立一個既能揭示城鄉(xiāng)收入差距演變態(tài)勢,又能量化政策制定者對收入差距容忍程度的綜合指標(biāo),并運用該指標(biāo)對我國1993—2014年的城鄉(xiāng)不平等進行分析,以期為政策制定提供參考。
[Abstract]:At present, the existing indicators to measure the urban-rural income gap are mainly based on a single indicator of income dimension, ignoring the factors affecting the formation of income gap and the impact of this gap on policy makers. In view of this, based on the traditional Gini coefficient, this paper attempts to introduce tolerance parameters reflecting the attitude of policy makers from the two dimensions of income and ability, using the data of residents' income and developmental consumption expenditure. To establish a comprehensive index which not only reveals the evolution of urban-rural income gap, but also quantifies the tolerance of income gap among policy makers, and analyzes the urban-rural inequality in China from 1993 to 2014.
