【摘要】：技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí)和推動(dòng)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的根本動(dòng)力。技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)之間關(guān)系復(fù)雜，本文旨在以研究技術(shù)創(chuàng)新影響江西省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)是否顯著為目標(biāo)，分析技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)之間的關(guān)系，研究技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的關(guān)系和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新影響產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的機(jī)理，并對(duì)相關(guān)問題進(jìn)行闡述分析。據(jù)此還提出了一些相關(guān)的對(duì)策建議。 本文先是從定性的角度出發(fā)，介紹技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的理論方面，并分析技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)之間的內(nèi)在關(guān)聯(lián)問題。然后在從定量的角度對(duì)江西省技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀作出判斷，并進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。研究結(jié)果表明于江西省目前的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí)是顯著相關(guān)的。因此，有必要加強(qiáng)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的能力以此來帶動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)。 本文第一章主要是介紹了技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的相關(guān)研究綜述，通過研究相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)，找出了技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)兩者之間存在關(guān)聯(lián)。 第二章介紹了技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)相關(guān)的含義和本質(zhì),分析影響產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的有關(guān)因素,并概述技術(shù)創(chuàng)新可以通過影響需求結(jié)構(gòu)、就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、生產(chǎn)要素的供給和產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)這些中間因素而最終促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)。 第三章就技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與江西省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀作出分析，認(rèn)為江西省的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新水平能力不強(qiáng)、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展速度較慢，，技術(shù)上的不足是導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)緩慢的重要原因。 第四章實(shí)證分析技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對(duì)江西省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)之間的相關(guān)性，并用格蘭杰因果檢驗(yàn)兩者之間的關(guān)系。最后的計(jì)量分析結(jié)果顯示兩者顯著相關(guān)，表明技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與江西省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)之間存在聯(lián)系；而通過格蘭杰因果檢驗(yàn)表明技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的原因，而產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)不是技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的原因，技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對(duì)江西省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)有著顯著的影響。 第五章給出了一些改進(jìn)江西省技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀的建議。如加快技術(shù)創(chuàng)新機(jī)制的建立和完善,提升自主創(chuàng)新能力、加強(qiáng)政府引導(dǎo)等，充分發(fā)揮技術(shù)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)新對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:Technological innovation is the fundamental motive force to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and the development of social economy. The relationship between technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading is complex. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationship between technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading in order to study whether technological innovation has a significant impact on the upgrading of industrial structure in Jiangxi Province. This paper studies the relationship between technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading and the mechanism of technological innovation influencing industrial structure upgrading. Based on this, some relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. This paper first introduces the theory of technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading from a qualitative point of view, and analyzes the internal relationship between technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading. Then, from the quantitative point of view, the present situation of technological innovation and industrial structure in Jiangxi Province is judged, and the empirical analysis is carried out. The results show that the present technological innovation ability in Jiangxi Province is significantly related to the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the ability of technological innovation to promote the upgrading of industrial structure. The first chapter mainly introduces the related research of technological innovation and industrial structure, and finds out the relationship between technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading. The second chapter introduces the meaning and essence of technological innovation and industrial structure, analyzes the factors that affect the upgrading of industrial structure, and summarizes that technological innovation can influence the structure of demand and employment. The supply of factors of production and industrial connection of these intermediate factors ultimately promote the upgrading of industrial structure. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of technological innovation and the development of industrial structure in Jiangxi Province. It is concluded that the technological innovation level of Jiangxi Province is not strong, the industrial development speed is slow, and the technical deficiency is the important reason leading to the slow upgrading of industrial structure. The fourth chapter empirically analyzes the correlation between technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading in Jiangxi Province and uses Granger causality to test the relationship between them. Finally, the results of econometric analysis show that there is a significant correlation between technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading in Jiangxi Province, and the Granger causality test shows that technological innovation is the cause of industrial structure upgrading. The upgrading of industrial structure is not the cause of technological innovation, which has a significant impact on the upgrading of industrial structure in Jiangxi Province. The fifth chapter gives some suggestions to improve the present situation of technological innovation and industrial structure in Jiangxi Province. Such as speeding up the establishment and perfection of the mechanism of technological innovation, enhancing the ability of independent innovation, strengthening the guidance of the government, and giving full play to the role of technological innovation in promoting the upgrading of industrial structure.
