【摘要】：東北地區(qū)擁有較為深厚的創(chuàng)新基礎(chǔ),但目前面臨人才大量流失、研發(fā)投入不足、企業(yè)創(chuàng)新引領(lǐng)作用不強等問題,嚴重制約著東北地區(qū)創(chuàng)新能力的提高。在新形勢下,東北地區(qū)應(yīng)在人才、企業(yè)主體、協(xié)同創(chuàng)新、市場對接和體制機制等方面創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,努力提高創(chuàng)新能力和加快科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化。
[Abstract]:Northeast region has a deep foundation of innovation, but it is faced with the problems of massive brain drain, insufficient investment in R & D and weak leading role of enterprise innovation, which seriously restricts the improvement of innovation ability in Northeast China. Under the new situation, the Northeast region should innovate and develop in the aspects of talent, enterprise main body, cooperative innovation, market docking and system mechanism, and strive to improve innovation ability and speed up the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
