【摘要】：經(jīng)典荷蘭病指的是資源繁榮引起生產(chǎn)要素從其他部門(特別是制造業(yè))轉(zhuǎn)移到資源部門,由此產(chǎn)生的逆工業(yè)化現(xiàn)象。本文在回顧荷蘭病理論基礎(chǔ)上,具體描述了經(jīng)典荷蘭病模型、作用機制及其經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整效應(yīng),按照假設(shè)演進的線索系統(tǒng)梳理了荷蘭病數(shù)理模型及適用范圍,從方法論和檢驗思路上評述了荷蘭病經(jīng)驗檢驗的線索和進展。本文擴展了荷蘭病的內(nèi)涵,綜述了其他生產(chǎn)要素(土地資源、旅游資源、財政資源、金融資源、勞動力資源)新型荷蘭病效應(yīng)的表現(xiàn)和特征,論述了經(jīng)典荷蘭病、新型荷蘭病和比較優(yōu)勢陷阱的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Classical Dutch disease refers to the phenomenon of deindustrialization resulting from the transfer of factors of production from other sectors (especially manufacturing) to the resource sector as a result of resource prosperity. On the basis of reviewing the theory of Dutch disease, this paper describes the classical Dutch disease model, the mechanism of action and the effect of economic structure adjustment, and combs the mathematical model of Dutch disease and its applicable scope according to the clue system of hypothesis evolution. This paper reviews the clue and progress of the experience test of Dutch disease from methodology and test train of thought. This paper extends the connotation of Dutch disease, summarizes the expression and characteristics of the new Dutch disease effect of other factors of production (land resources, tourism resources, financial resources, labor resources), and discusses the classical Dutch disease. The relationship between new Dutch disease and comparative advantage trap.
