【摘要】：全球最多人口和世界第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體的中國以及不斷壯大發(fā)展越來越具有國際影響力的中東歐國家,合作關(guān)系一直保持著友好,主要是雙方政治關(guān)系為基礎(chǔ)前提,雙方高層相互交流很多,政治互信也不斷加深,使雙方貿(mào)易合作提供了非常好的條件,兩個(gè)地區(qū)也隨著近些年的交流,貿(mào)易合作繼續(xù)深化,雙方的合作呈現(xiàn)優(yōu)勢互補(bǔ)、合作共贏等特點(diǎn),合作提升了兩個(gè)地區(qū)的規(guī)模和質(zhì)量,使中國和中東歐地區(qū)多元化合作及全面均衡發(fā)展。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化以及經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域化的不斷發(fā)展,這兩個(gè)體系對(duì)國際貿(mào)易的影響越來越巨大。近年來中國與中東歐國家的政府貿(mào)易交流日益頻繁,隨著中國“新絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶”的提出,“16+1”模式的構(gòu)建使得雙方的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作規(guī)模和領(lǐng)域不斷深入,雙方的進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易總額呈現(xiàn)出迅速的增長。因此研究中國和中東歐之間的經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系,是雙方能夠在正常良好的軌道上進(jìn)行對(duì)維護(hù)全球經(jīng)貿(mào)安全穩(wěn)定的環(huán)境以及雙方經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。本文以中東歐國家與中國經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系研究為主題,主要研究中東歐國家與中國經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易合作的之間的問題,以應(yīng)對(duì)未來的挑戰(zhàn)。前期主要研究中國和中東歐各國經(jīng)貿(mào)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,然后總結(jié)中國和中東歐國家經(jīng)貿(mào)合作現(xiàn)狀,通過總結(jié)中國和中東歐國家經(jīng)貿(mào)合作存在的問題,然后總結(jié)這些問題總結(jié)中國與中東歐國家經(jīng)貿(mào)合作展望,然后最后對(duì)中國與中東歐國家經(jīng)貿(mào)合作提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:China, the world's largest population and the world's second largest economy, and the growing and growing countries of Central and Eastern Europe, which increasingly have international influence, have maintained friendly cooperative relations, mainly on the basis of bilateral political relations. The high level exchanges between the two sides and the deepening of mutual political trust have provided very good conditions for bilateral trade cooperation. With the exchanges in recent years, trade cooperation between the two sides has continued to deepen, and the cooperation between the two sides has shown complementary advantages. Cooperation has promoted the scale and quality of the two regions and made China and Central and Eastern Europe diversified and developed in an all-round way. With the development of economic globalization and economic regionalization, the impact of these two systems on international trade is becoming more and more great. In recent years, government trade exchanges between China and Central and Eastern European countries have become more and more frequent. With the development of the "New Silk Road Economic Belt" in China, the construction of the "16-1" model has made the scale and field of economic and trade cooperation between the two sides continue to deepen. The total volume of import and export trade between the two sides has shown a rapid growth. Therefore, the study of the economic and trade relations between China and Central and Eastern Europe is of great importance to the maintenance of global economic and trade security and stability and the economic development of both sides. This paper focuses on the economic and trade relations between Central and Eastern European countries and China, and mainly studies the problems between the Central and Eastern European countries and China's economic and trade cooperation in order to meet the challenges in the future. In the early stage, we mainly studied the current situation of economic and trade development between China and Central and Eastern European countries, then summed up the current situation of economic and trade cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European countries, and summed up the problems existing in economic and trade cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European countries. Then summarize these problems and summarize the prospects of economic and trade cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European countries, and finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to the economic and trade cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European countries.
