【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系是綜合協(xié)調(diào)"政府—市場(chǎng)—組織"關(guān)系,由農(nóng)業(yè)微觀經(jīng)濟(jì)主體利用金融工具與合作組織,主動(dòng)管理市場(chǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和生產(chǎn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。經(jīng)過(guò)長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展,在發(fā)達(dá)經(jīng)濟(jì)體逐漸形成的農(nóng)業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系中,政府已日益傾向于減少對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的直接干預(yù),而是引導(dǎo)農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)主體綜合利用遠(yuǎn)期合同、期貨、期權(quán)、保險(xiǎn)來(lái)管理市場(chǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。這一發(fā)展趨勢(shì)為我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理實(shí)踐和構(gòu)建農(nóng)業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系提供了全新思路。
[Abstract]:The agricultural risk management system is a comprehensive and coordinated government - market - organization relationship , which uses financial instruments and cooperative organizations to actively manage market risks and production risks . In the long - term development , in the agricultural risk management system gradually formed by the developed economies , the government has become increasingly inclined to reduce the direct intervention on agricultural risks , but to guide the comprehensive utilization of long - term contracts , futures , options and insurance to manage the market risks . This development trend provides a new idea for our country ' s agricultural risk management practice and the construction of the agricultural risk management system .
