【摘要】：1978年改革開放后中國經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展，國內(nèi)擁有巨大的市場潛力，豐富的資源，全世界都關注著中國市場改革開放給走向全球市場的跨國企業(yè)提供了一個很好的機會特別值得一提的是，中韓兩國在地理和歷史上接近文化相似性的增加也是促進經(jīng)濟交流的有利條件中國正在迅速發(fā)展，并繼續(xù)引領全球經(jīng)濟的未來此外，通過全球化進程的加速，中國舉辦了全球性的活動，如2008年的北京奧運會和2010年的上海世博會 l992年，韓國和中國就建立了正式的外交關系此后中韓關系進入快速發(fā)展的軌道在韓國，特別是在過去的十年中，許多公司進入中國市場很多韓國企業(yè)在中國市場獲得巨大成功不成功的案例寥寥可數(shù)其實，外國公司在中國市場的許多先前的研究是最重要的成功因素 在中國投資環(huán)境變化下，韓國投資中國有成功案例，也有失敗的案例在本論文中，論述了韓國公司專注于企業(yè)對中國市場的投資，研究了從市場流程，管理狀態(tài)的投資的成功實踐，進而闡述了韓國與中國的外交關系在其中的作用另外，總結(jié)了投資失敗案例的主要原因每個公司的成功傾注過大分析了中國吸引外國投資的的戰(zhàn)略，并為韓國企業(yè)的本土化戰(zhàn)略做準備針對當?shù)厍闆r，如政治，社會，，經(jīng)濟以及許多方面進行了透徹的分析，進而在中國尋求合適的投資策略和投資方向
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up in 1978, China's economy has developed rapidly, and China has huge market potential and abundant resources. The whole world is watching the Chinese market. The reform and opening up to the outside world has provided a good opportunity for multinational enterprises to enter the global market. What is particularly noteworthy is that The increase in geographical and historical proximity to cultural similarities between China and South Korea is also a favourable condition for promoting economic exchanges. China is developing rapidly and continues to lead the future of the global economy. In addition, through the acceleration of the process of globalization, China has hosted global events such as the 2008 Beijing Olympics and the 2010 Shanghai World Expo In l992, South Korea and China established formal diplomatic relations. Since then, Sino-South Korean relations have entered the track of rapid development in South Korea, especially in the past decade. Many companies enter the Chinese market. There are very few cases in which Korean enterprises have achieved great success in the Chinese market. In fact, many previous studies of foreign companies in the Chinese market are the most important success factors. Under the changing investment environment in China, Korean investment in China has both successful and unsuccessful cases. In this paper, Korean companies focus on the investment of enterprises in the Chinese market, and study the process of the market. The successful practice of managing the state of investment, and further elaborated the role of South Korea's diplomatic relations with China. The main reasons for the failure of investment cases are summarized. The success of each company is analyzed. The strategy of attracting foreign investment in China is analyzed, and the localization strategy of Korean enterprises is prepared for local conditions, such as politics, society, etc. A thorough analysis of the economy and many aspects has been carried out to find the right investment strategy and direction in China.
