【摘要】：從百大研發(fā)創(chuàng)新獎(jiǎng)的發(fā)展可看出,高端創(chuàng)新正呈現(xiàn)一些新特點(diǎn)、新趨勢。高端創(chuàng)新是在原有創(chuàng)新理論集成的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合創(chuàng)新發(fā)展實(shí)踐,對創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展內(nèi)涵的一種新論述。高端創(chuàng)新源于"知識和技術(shù)"的突破式發(fā)明、"市場-技術(shù)互動(dòng)"的宏觀發(fā)明和"市場附加值"的高端顛覆式創(chuàng)新。高端創(chuàng)新推動(dòng)技術(shù)向更高勢能發(fā)展,推動(dòng)市場向更高層次演變,進(jìn)而形成企業(yè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)和國家競爭優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:From the development of 100 R & D innovation awards, high-end innovation is showing some new characteristics and new trends. High-end innovation is a new discussion on the connotation of innovation-driven development based on the integration of original innovation theory and innovation development practice. High-end innovation originates from "knowledge and technology" breakthrough invention, "market-technology interaction" macro invention and "market added value" high-end subversive innovation. High-end innovation promotes the development of technology to higher potential energy and the market to a higher level, thus forming a competitive advantage for enterprises, industries and countries.
