【摘要】：以中國鐵路"走出去"面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)為研究對(duì)象,采用文獻(xiàn)研究、調(diào)查研究和案例研究相結(jié)合的方法,建立了中國鐵路"走出去"風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分解結(jié)構(gòu)。以境外建設(shè)-經(jīng)營-轉(zhuǎn)讓(BOT)項(xiàng)目前期工作階段為例,識(shí)別中國鐵路"走出去"面臨的具體風(fēng)險(xiǎn),確定關(guān)鍵風(fēng)險(xiǎn),分析其防控對(duì)策,并對(duì)中國鐵路"走出去"風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控的其他共性對(duì)策進(jìn)行分析,以期為中國鐵路"走出去"風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Taking the risk of "going out" of Chinese railway as the research object, the risk decomposition structure of Chinese railway "going out" is established by the method of combining literature research, investigation and case study. Taking the early working stage of overseas construction-management-transfer BOT project as an example, the paper identifies the specific risks faced by China's railway "going out", determines the key risks, and analyzes the countermeasures of prevention and control. In order to provide reference for risk management and control of Chinese railway "going out", this paper analyzes other common countermeasures of risk management and control of "going out" of Chinese railway.
