【摘要】：人口規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大和消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)型是影響國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和資源永續(xù)利用的關(guān)鍵因素。文章通過(guò)超效率DEA方法測(cè)得環(huán)境效率,并基于STIRPAT模型實(shí)證分析我國(guó)人口規(guī)模、消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)環(huán)境效率的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:2000~2013年間全國(guó)各省環(huán)境效率整體呈現(xiàn)波動(dòng)下降的趨勢(shì),區(qū)域差異較大。對(duì)于人口基數(shù)龐大的中國(guó),現(xiàn)階段人口規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大對(duì)環(huán)境效率有著負(fù)向影響,消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)作為人口與環(huán)境作用過(guò)程中的關(guān)鍵中間變量,根據(jù)不同的類型與環(huán)境效率之間呈現(xiàn)出不同的關(guān)系。具體來(lái)看,生存、享受型消費(fèi)與環(huán)境效率呈現(xiàn)"U型"關(guān)系,拐點(diǎn)分別為60.18%與29.20%,發(fā)展型消費(fèi)與環(huán)境效率呈現(xiàn)線性正相關(guān)關(guān)系。并且隨著消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)的升級(jí),人口規(guī)模對(duì)環(huán)境效率的不利影響將得到明顯的改善。
[Abstract]:The expansion of population scale and the transformation of consumption structure are the key factors affecting the development of national economy and the sustainable utilization of resources.In this paper, the environmental efficiency is measured by super-efficiency DEA method, and the effect of population size and consumption structure on environmental efficiency is analyzed empirically based on STIRPAT model.The results show that the environmental efficiency of all provinces in China is fluctuating and decreasing during the period of 2000 ~ 2013, and the regional difference is great.For China with a large population base, the expansion of population size has a negative impact on environmental efficiency at the present stage. Consumption structure is a key intermediate variable in the process of population and environment.There are different relationships between environmental efficiency and different types.The inflection point is 60.18% and 29.20%, and the relationship between developmental consumption and environmental efficiency is linear and positive.With the upgrading of consumption structure, the adverse effect of population size on environmental efficiency will be improved obviously.
