【摘要】：借助于多區(qū)域投入產(chǎn)出模型(MRIO)和國際投入產(chǎn)出表(WIOT),本文從亞太價(jià)值鏈聯(lián)系和亞太價(jià)值鏈地位橫縱兩個(gè)維度考察了俄羅斯在亞太價(jià)值鏈中的角色及其演變態(tài)勢(shì)。結(jié)果表明:(1)俄羅斯主要圍繞中國、美國和日本開展增加值貿(mào)易活動(dòng),其在亞太增加值貿(mào)易聯(lián)系中扮演依附者角色,其中,與服務(wù)業(yè)相比,俄羅斯制造業(yè)的依附者角色更為凸顯;(2)俄羅斯主要與亞太各經(jīng)濟(jì)體進(jìn)行價(jià)值鏈前向聯(lián)系與合作,且隨著時(shí)間推移,其與亞太各經(jīng)濟(jì)體的價(jià)值鏈聯(lián)系日趨深化,綜合而言,俄羅斯在亞太價(jià)值鏈聯(lián)系中主要扮演上游中間品提供者角色;(3)總體來看,俄羅斯在亞太價(jià)值鏈中的地位相對(duì)較高,位居亞太價(jià)值鏈的高端生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié),但呈現(xiàn)出不斷弱化的趨勢(shì)。分行業(yè)來看,俄羅斯在亞太初級(jí)產(chǎn)業(yè)、勞動(dòng)與資本密集型工業(yè)價(jià)值鏈中的地位普遍較高,但在亞太技術(shù)密集型工業(yè)和服務(wù)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈中的地位相對(duì)較低。
[Abstract]:With the help of the multi-region input-output model (MRIOO) and the international input-output table, this paper examines the role and evolution of Russia in Asia-Pacific value chain from the two dimensions of Asia-Pacific value chain connection and Asia-Pacific value chain position.The results show that Russia mainly develops value-added trade activities around China, the United States and Japan, and it plays a dependent role in the Asia-Pacific value-added trade links, among which, compared with services,(2) Russia mainly engages in forward value chain linkages and cooperation with Asia-Pacific economies, and over time, its value chain ties with Asia-Pacific economies become more and more profound.As a whole, Russia has a relatively high position in the Asia-Pacific value chain, ranking at the high end of the Asia-Pacific value chain, but showing a trend of weakening.In terms of industry, Russia has a relatively high position in the primary industry and the value chain of labor and capital intensive industries in Asia and the Pacific, but it is relatively low in the value chain of technology intensive industry and service industry in Asia and the Pacific.
