【摘要】：2016年末特朗普贏得美國(guó)總統(tǒng)大選后,推行帶有強(qiáng)烈"保護(hù)主義"色彩的貿(mào)易政策,退出TPP,著重推動(dòng)雙邊經(jīng)濟(jì)合作框架,夯實(shí)美國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力基礎(chǔ)。相關(guān)政策主張帶動(dòng)全球貿(mào)易的"保護(hù)主義"風(fēng)潮,引發(fā)美國(guó)與東亞各國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系緊張,匯率問(wèn)題激化的可能性有所增加,東亞經(jīng)濟(jì)合作框架建構(gòu)的不確定性持續(xù)提高。由于各國(guó)與美國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)合作深度、方式各有不同,日本、韓國(guó)、中國(guó)對(duì)"特朗普新政"沖擊的擔(dān)憂存在著明顯的差異,采取了以迎合、轉(zhuǎn)進(jìn)、觀察為特征的應(yīng)對(duì)措施。特朗普新政將促使中國(guó)深化東亞區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作,承擔(dān)起推進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的責(zé)任,通過(guò)推進(jìn)中日韓FTA、RCEP、FTAAP建設(shè),化解美國(guó)貿(mào)易政策帶來(lái)的不確定性。
[Abstract]:After Trump won the US presidential election in end of 2016, he pursued a trade policy with a strong "protectionist" color, withdrew from the TPPand focused on promoting the bilateral economic cooperation framework. To strengthen the economic strength of the United States. The related policies advocate the "protectionist" tide of global trade, which leads to the tense economic relations between the United States and the East Asian countries, and the possibility that the exchange rate issue will intensify. The uncertainty of the construction of East Asian economic cooperation framework has been increasing. Because of the depth of economic cooperation between countries and the United States, the ways are different, Japan, South Korea. There are obvious differences in China's concerns about the impact of the "Trump New deal", which is characterized by pandering, turning and observing. Trump's new deal will prompt China to deepen regional economic cooperation in East Asia. To assume the responsibility of promoting economic globalization and to resolve the uncertainty brought about by U.S. trade policy by promoting the construction of FTARCEP FTAAP between China, Japan and South Korea.
