【摘要】：經(jīng)濟增長是每個國家都關(guān)注的問題,經(jīng)濟增長包括經(jīng)濟增長數(shù)量和經(jīng)濟增長質(zhì)量。但是對于經(jīng)濟增長數(shù)量的過分重視,使經(jīng)濟增長質(zhì)量在很長時間內(nèi)被忽視。經(jīng)濟增長質(zhì)量是經(jīng)濟增長的重要內(nèi)容,是經(jīng)濟發(fā)展健康與否的重要體現(xiàn),是每一個國家必須面對的問題。中國自社會主義市場經(jīng)濟以來經(jīng)濟雖保持高速增長,但環(huán)境污染、結(jié)構(gòu)失調(diào)、分配不公、資源日益枯竭等問題日漸突出,日益顯示出中國的經(jīng)濟增長質(zhì)量與經(jīng)濟增長數(shù)量的不一致性。盡管有很多學者對經(jīng)濟增長質(zhì)量進行研究,但就已有研究中,對于經(jīng)濟增長質(zhì)量的內(nèi)涵還沒有提出明確和規(guī)范的定義,對于經(jīng)濟增長質(zhì)量缺少深入的測度和研究。因此,本文嘗試重新探討經(jīng)濟增長質(zhì)量的內(nèi)涵,建立較為科學的評價指標體系,選擇較為先進的方法對中國1992-2014年的經(jīng)濟增長質(zhì)量水平進行評價和比較,從而展現(xiàn)中國經(jīng)濟增長質(zhì)量水平現(xiàn)狀,為更好地實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟增長提供理論支撐。本文由五個章節(jié)構(gòu)成。第一章為導論。主要闡述研究背景與意義,提出研究問題及思路,分析研究難點與可能的創(chuàng)新點,整理國內(nèi)外文獻。第二章為經(jīng)濟增長質(zhì)量綜合評價指標體系構(gòu)建。在現(xiàn)有文獻基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和自身理解展開對經(jīng)濟增長質(zhì)量內(nèi)涵的探討,并圍繞經(jīng)濟增長質(zhì)量內(nèi)涵,建立了包含經(jīng)濟潛力、經(jīng)濟穩(wěn)定、資源環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)、金融發(fā)展、社會生活六方面的綜合評價指標體系。第三章為經(jīng)濟增長質(zhì)量的綜合評價方法研究。本文提出先采用主成分分析法確定經(jīng)濟潛力指數(shù)、金融發(fā)展指數(shù)等影響經(jīng)濟增長質(zhì)量六大方面指數(shù)的計算思路,再用基于遺傳算法的層次分析法確定六大方面指數(shù)權(quán)重的計算思路。第四章是經(jīng)濟增長質(zhì)量的綜合評價。首先,采用主成分析法確定我國1992-2014年經(jīng)濟潛力、經(jīng)濟穩(wěn)定、資源環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)、金融發(fā)展、社會生活這六方面的指數(shù),其次,運用基于遺傳算法的層次分析法確定六大方面指數(shù)的權(quán)重。研究結(jié)論表明對經(jīng)濟增長質(zhì)量的影響從大到小依次為經(jīng)濟穩(wěn)定指數(shù)、社會生活指數(shù)、經(jīng)濟潛力指數(shù)、資源環(huán)境指數(shù)、經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)指數(shù)、金融發(fā)展指數(shù);1992-2014年我國的經(jīng)濟增長質(zhì)量總體呈顯著的上升趨勢;經(jīng)濟增長質(zhì)量時序差異顯著;經(jīng)濟增長質(zhì)量的綜合得分偏低,經(jīng)濟增長質(zhì)量處于較低水平。第五章為研究結(jié)論與政策建議�？偨Y(jié)全文并針對我國經(jīng)濟增長質(zhì)量存在的問題提出了提升中國經(jīng)濟增長質(zhì)量的若干建議。
[Abstract]:Economic growth is the focus of each country's economic growth, including economic growth and economic growth in the number of quality. But to pay too much attention to the quantity of economic growth, the economic growth quality is ignored for a long time. The quality of economic growth is an important part of economic growth, is an important manifestation of economic development is healthy or not, every a country must face the problem. China economy since the socialist market economy since has maintained rapid growth, but the pollution of the environment, structural imbalance, unfair distribution, increasing depletion of resources has become increasingly prominent, increasingly shown no consistent quantity China the quality of economic growth and economic growth. Although there are many scholars to study the quality of economic growth, but the existing research, the connotation of the quality of economic growth has not made clear definition and standard for the quality of economic growth, the lack of depth Measure and study. Therefore, this paper attempts to explore the connotation of the quality of economic growth, the establishment of a scientific evaluation index system and methods of advanced evaluation and comparison on the level of China 1992-2014 years of economic growth quality, so as to show Chinese economic growth quality status, to provide theoretical support for better economic growth in this paper. Is composed of five chapters. The first chapter is introduction. It mainly describes the research background and significance, research questions and research ideas, difficulties and innovations, the domestic and international literatures. The second chapter is the construction of economic growth quality comprehensive evaluation index system. Based on the existing literatures, combined with the development of China's economic status and their own understand to discuss the connotation of the quality of economic growth, and on the connotation of the quality of economic growth, including economic potential, economic stability, resource environment and economy The structure, financial development, the comprehensive evaluation index system of six aspects of social life. The third chapter studies the comprehensive evaluation for the quality of economic growth. This paper presents a method using principal component analysis method to determine the economic potential index, index of financial development ideas affecting the quality of economic growth in six aspects of the index calculation, then genetic algorithm is determined by analytic hierarchy process thinking of six aspects of index weight calculation based on. The fourth chapter is the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of economic growth. Firstly, using principal component analysis method to determine the 1992-2014 China's economic potential, stable economy, resources and environment, economic structure, financial development, the social life of the six aspects of the index, secondly, using genetic algorithm AHP to determine the weight of index based on six aspects. Research results indicate that the quality of economic growth influence from high to low was economic stability index, social life index, the Economic potential index, environment index, economic index, financial development index; 1992-2014 the quality of economic growth in our country generally has a significant upward trend; the timing of quality of economic growth significantly; the comprehensive score of the quality of economic growth is low, the quality of economic growth in a relatively low level. The fifth chapter is the conclusion and policy suggestions. Conclusion aiming at the existing problems in China's economic growth quality and put forward some suggestions to improve the quality of Chinese economic growth.
