【摘要】：隨著以大城市為核心的城市圈的崛起,我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟新格局逐步形成。武漢城市圈作為湖北經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的核心區(qū)域和中部崛起的重要戰(zhàn)略支點,其科技創(chuàng)新能力的提升將成為提高區(qū)域整體競爭力、輻射帶動全省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展并促進中部崛起的關(guān)鍵。構(gòu)建一套由總量指標、質(zhì)量指標、速度指標、加分指標共4類一級指標和22項二級指標所組成的科技創(chuàng)新綜合考評指標體系;運用社會科學(xué)統(tǒng)計軟件SPSS21,對武漢"1+8"城市圈區(qū)域科技創(chuàng)新能力進行實證分析與綜合評價;同時分析了其科技創(chuàng)新能力建設(shè)障礙與發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?br/>[Abstract]:With the rise of the city circle with the core of the big city, the new pattern of regional economy is gradually formed in our country. As the core region of Hubei's economic development and the important strategic fulcrum of the rise of the central part of Hubei Province, Wuhan City Circle will improve its scientific and technological innovation ability and become the key to improve the overall competitiveness of the region, promote the economic development of the whole province and promote the rise of the central part of China. Construct a set of comprehensive evaluation index system of science and technology innovation, which is composed of total quantity index, quality index, speed index, add-on index, and 22 second-level index. This paper makes an empirical analysis and comprehensive evaluation on the regional scientific and technological innovation ability of Wuhan "18" city circle by using the social science statistics software SPSS21, and analyzes the obstacles and the development potential of the scientific and technological innovation capacity construction of Wuhan city circle at the same time.
