【摘要】：中國正經(jīng)歷一場大規(guī)模區(qū)際產業(yè)轉移浪潮,東南沿海是這次區(qū)際產業(yè)轉移的"領頭雁"。區(qū)際產業(yè)轉移對于增強中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展內生動力、調整優(yōu)化區(qū)域產業(yè)結構和促進區(qū)域經(jīng)濟協(xié)調發(fā)展具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。研究東南沿海區(qū)際產業(yè)轉移模式,對下一步推動中國更大范圍的區(qū)際產業(yè)轉移,減少產業(yè)轉移的粘性因素和鎖定效應,具有重要的啟示作用。東南沿海區(qū)際產業(yè)轉移有三種典型模式,一是廣東省雙轉移模式,二是江蘇省共建開發(fā)區(qū)模式,三是上海異地工業(yè)園區(qū)模式。這三種模式有效的推動了東南沿海區(qū)際產業(yè)轉移,促進了發(fā)達地區(qū)產業(yè)轉型升級和欠發(fā)達地區(qū)經(jīng)濟快速增長,縮小了區(qū)際差異。東南沿海區(qū)際產業(yè)轉移帶來諸多啟示,比如由政府搭臺建立產業(yè)轉移園區(qū),推進產業(yè)梯度轉移和集群式轉移,在產業(yè)轉移時應注意保護生態(tài)環(huán)境等。
[Abstract]:China is experiencing a large-scale inter-regional industrial transfer, the southeast coast is the regional industrial transfer of the "leading goose." Inter-regional industrial transfer is of great practical significance to strengthen the endogenous motive force of China's economic development, to adjust and optimize the regional industrial structure and to promote the coordinated development of regional economy. The study of the industrial transfer model in the southeast coastal areas will have an important enlightening effect on the further promotion of the interregional industrial transfer in China and the reduction of the viscous factors and locking effects of the industrial transfer. There are three typical models of industrial transfer in southeast coastal areas, one is Guangdong Province, the other is the co-construction of Jiangsu Province Development Zone, and the third is Shanghai Industrial Park. These three models have effectively promoted the industrial transfer between the southeast coastal areas, promoted the industrial transformation and upgrading in the developed areas and the rapid economic growth in the underdeveloped areas, and narrowed the inter-regional differences. The industrial transfer in the southeast coastal areas brings many enlightenment, such as the establishment of industrial transfer parks by the government, the promotion of industrial gradient transfer and cluster transfer, and the protection of the ecological environment during the industrial transfer.
