我國中職教育從輸出到融入的發(fā)展類型研究

【摘要】:職業(yè)教育是與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展密切相關(guān)的一類教育,由于地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展程度和發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)不同,人們對職業(yè)教育的認(rèn)同度也不同。根據(jù)中職學(xué)校畢業(yè)生的流向、學(xué)校專業(yè)與當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的融合度、教師社會(huì)服務(wù)情況等,將中職學(xué)校分為融入型中職教育和輸出型中職教育兩種類型。從區(qū)域分布來看,前者主要在社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū),后者主要在經(jīng)濟(jì)欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū);從發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)來看,兩種類型的中職教育與我國城鄉(xiāng)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的二元制基礎(chǔ)有一定的關(guān)系。隨著我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展,中職教育的類型也逐漸融合,呈現(xiàn)出與區(qū)域社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的良性互動(dòng)局面。為此,不同類型的中職教育必須從所處區(qū)域的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展實(shí)際出發(fā),采取不同的發(fā)展策略,才能步入與當(dāng)?shù)厣鐣?huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展密切合作的良性循環(huán)軌道。
[Abstract]:Vocational education is a kind of education closely related to economic development. Because of the different development degree and development foundation of the regional economy and society, people have different recognition degree to vocational education. According to the flow of graduates from secondary vocational schools, the degree of integration of school professional and local economic development, and the situation of teachers' social service, the secondary vocational schools are divided into fusion. There are two types of secondary vocational education and output type secondary vocational education. From the regional distribution, the former is mainly in the socioeconomic developed areas, the latter mainly in the economically underdeveloped areas; from the basis of development, the two types of secondary vocational education have a certain relationship with the two yuan basis of the social and economic development of urban and rural areas in China. With the rapid development of the society, the types of secondary vocational education have gradually merged, showing a positive interaction with the development of regional social and economic development. Therefore, different types of secondary vocational education must proceed from the social and economic development of the region and take different development strategies to enter the benign cooperation with the local social and economic development.
