【摘要】：自2013年以來,我國先后批準設立了三批共11個自貿試驗區(qū),自貿區(qū)建設正由點到面在全國推廣。自貿區(qū)所形成的改革試點經驗不僅需要在全國推廣,還需要避開同質化,實現因地制宜地發(fā)展。新批準的7個自貿區(qū)中,遼寧自貿區(qū)承擔東北經濟破題之作,其對開放和改革的龍頭意義重大。通過分析遼寧自貿區(qū)的發(fā)展條件和其面臨的差異化問題,借鑒第一批和第二批自貿區(qū)建設的先進經驗做法,探索遼寧自貿區(qū)適合自身條件的發(fā)展路徑,努力在全國自貿區(qū)建設中走在前列,以自貿區(qū)帶動區(qū)域經濟發(fā)展,探索東北振興新模式。
[Abstract]:Since 2013, China has approved the establishment of three batches of 11 free trade test zones, and the construction of free trade zones is being popularized from point to surface throughout the country. The experimental experience of the reform in the free trade area should not only be popularized in the whole country, but also avoid homogeneity and develop in accordance with local conditions. Among the seven newly approved free trade zones, Liaoning Free Trade Zone is responsible for solving the economic problems in Northeast China, which is of great significance to the opening up and reform. Based on the analysis of the development conditions of Liaoning Free Trade area and the problems of its differentiation, and drawing lessons from the advanced experiences and practices of the first and second groups of free trade zones, this paper explores the development path of Liaoning Free Trade Zone that is suitable for its own conditions. In order to promote regional economic development and explore a new pattern of rejuvenation in Northeast China, we should try our best to step forward in the construction of national free trade zone.
