【摘要】：為發(fā)掘和利用青海冷涼地區(qū)蠶豆優(yōu)良的根瘤菌種質(zhì)資源,確定根瘤菌的接種效應(yīng)。將分離、純化、分子鑒定的16株蠶豆根瘤菌通過(guò)盆栽回接試驗(yàn)的方法進(jìn)行篩選。結(jié)果表明,篩選出6株根瘤菌,它們與青海13號(hào)蠶豆共生匹配效果較好,共生固氮能力強(qiáng),促進(jìn)蠶豆生長(zhǎng)效果明顯。
[Abstract]:In order to explore and utilize the excellent rhizobia germplasm resources of broad bean in cold area of Qinghai Province, the inoculation effect of rhizobia was determined. Sixteen strains of Vicia faba rhizobia were isolated, purified and identified by pot culture. The results showed that 6 strains of rhizobia were screened, which had a good matching effect with Qinghai 13 broad bean, strong symbiotic nitrogen fixation ability and obvious effect of promoting the growth of broad bean.
