【摘要】：南通創(chuàng)新型城市建設(shè)取得明顯進(jìn)展:創(chuàng)新型城市建設(shè)實(shí)現(xiàn)若干具有標(biāo)志性意義的重大突破、在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略下創(chuàng)新型城市建設(shè)獲得頂層設(shè)計(jì)的有力支撐、企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新主體地位穩(wěn)步提升、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)創(chuàng)造與應(yīng)用在創(chuàng)新型城市建設(shè)中的引導(dǎo)作用進(jìn)一步彰顯、孵化園區(qū)和載體建設(shè)持續(xù)扎實(shí)推進(jìn)、高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)和戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展、創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)建設(shè)取得突破,企業(yè)創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)建設(shè)成效顯著、進(jìn)一步建立健全了全市RD監(jiān)測(cè)和公布體系、科技資源配置社會(huì)化機(jī)制不斷完善;文章從優(yōu)化組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、創(chuàng)新體制機(jī)制以及明確當(dāng)前應(yīng)著力抓好的重點(diǎn)工作等方面提出了若干意見(jiàn)與建議。
[Abstract]:There are significant advances in the construction of innovative cities in Nantong : a number of landmark breakthroughs have been achieved in the construction of innovative cities . In the region ' s economic development strategy , a new type of urban construction obtains the strong support of top - level design , the enterprise ' s independent innovation subject status has been improved steadily , the creation and application of intellectual property rights in the construction of innovative cities has improved further , the construction of new high - tech industry and the strategic emerging industry has improved , the mechanism of the socialization of technological resources allocation has been improved , and some suggestions and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of optimizing organizational leadership , innovation system mechanism and clear current focus .
