【摘要】:自1998年我國(guó)第一個(gè)物流園區(qū)——平湖物流園區(qū)在深圳開始建設(shè)以來,物流園區(qū)的建設(shè)發(fā)展一直受到政府和企業(yè)的廣泛關(guān)注和重視,并且在政府的大力扶植引導(dǎo)下,呈現(xiàn)“遍地開花”的發(fā)展局面。但是到目前為止,我國(guó)的物流園區(qū)主要是單體運(yùn)作,相互之間缺乏合作,盲目投資和重復(fù)建設(shè)的現(xiàn)象比較嚴(yán)重。在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化發(fā)展的背景下,處于同一經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域內(nèi)的物流園區(qū),由于位置毗鄰、自然經(jīng)濟(jì)條件相似、文化習(xí)俗相近,具有更加優(yōu)越的結(jié)成良性互動(dòng)戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系的先決條件。消除物流園區(qū)自成體系的簡(jiǎn)單、重復(fù)建設(shè)現(xiàn)象,使之成為區(qū)域物流系統(tǒng)中的有機(jī)組成部分,是經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域物流產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展中需要重點(diǎn)解決的問題。 本文綜合運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代物流學(xué)、生態(tài)學(xué)、動(dòng)態(tài)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)理論、博弈論、共生理論、協(xié)同學(xué)等相關(guān)理論,采用理論分析與案(算)例分析相結(jié)合、定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合、系統(tǒng)分析的研究方法進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域內(nèi)物流園區(qū)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的理論分析與方法探討。主要內(nèi)容如下: (1)分析經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域內(nèi)物流園區(qū)的生態(tài)學(xué)特征,運(yùn)用生態(tài)學(xué)相關(guān)理論研究物流園區(qū)生態(tài)位狀況,以及物流園區(qū)在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、合作和協(xié)同進(jìn)化時(shí)的產(chǎn)出。 (2)運(yùn)用動(dòng)態(tài)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)理論分析經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域內(nèi)物流園區(qū)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的內(nèi)涵、特征,以及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)演化過程。基于市場(chǎng)需求、服務(wù)成本、服務(wù)類型、其它物流園區(qū)的情況等因素,綜合運(yùn)用Bertrand定價(jià)策略和微分博弈理論,建立物流園區(qū)動(dòng)態(tài)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)系統(tǒng)價(jià)格調(diào)整模型。 (3)從共生理論的視角分析物流園區(qū)合作共生系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)涵、特征、產(chǎn)生原因、共生行為模式。將總利潤(rùn)、物流園區(qū)在合作時(shí)的貢獻(xiàn)、成員之間合作成功概率、成員對(duì)利潤(rùn)分配的滿意度等因素考慮在內(nèi),綜合運(yùn)用Nash協(xié)商模型和Shapley值法,建立基于滿意度的物流園區(qū)合作共生系統(tǒng)利潤(rùn)分配模型。 (4)將協(xié)同學(xué)理論用于研究經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域內(nèi)物流園區(qū)在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與合作的雙重作用下,實(shí)現(xiàn)協(xié)同進(jìn)化的過程,建立以物流園區(qū)利潤(rùn)為序參量,以投資、成本為控制參量的協(xié)同學(xué)方程,借以分析物流園區(qū)協(xié)同效應(yīng)、利潤(rùn)變化和不同投資方式的投資效率。 (5)分析經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域內(nèi)物流園區(qū)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展政府調(diào)控的必要性,提出政府調(diào)控可根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)貙?shí)際情況從加強(qiáng)組織和協(xié)調(diào)、密切與周邊地區(qū)的協(xié)調(diào)和合作、完善交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、建立區(qū)域物流公共信息平臺(tái)、發(fā)揮物流行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)等民間組織的作用等方面著手。 同一經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域內(nèi)物流園區(qū)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程,需要分階段、有步驟地實(shí)現(xiàn);市場(chǎng)機(jī)制與政府調(diào)控在這一過程中具有同等重要的作用,兩者互為補(bǔ)充、相得益彰。
[Abstract]:Since the construction of the first logistics park, Pinghu Logistics Park, in Shenzhen in 1998, the construction and development of the logistics park has received extensive attention and attention from the government and enterprises, and under the guidance of the government, Present "everywhere blooms" the development situation. But up to now, the logistics parks in our country are mainly single operation, lack of cooperation between each other, blind investment and repeated construction phenomenon is more serious. Under the background of the development of regional economic integration, the logistics park in the same economic region, because of its adjacent position, similar natural economic conditions and similar cultural customs, A more superior strategic partnership to form a benign interaction preconditions. To eliminate the simple and repetitive construction of logistics park and make it become an organic part of regional logistics system is an important problem to be solved in the coordinated development of economic regional logistics industry. This paper synthetically applies modern logistics, ecology, dynamic competition theory, game theory, symbiosis theory, synergetic theory and so on. It combines theoretical analysis with case analysis, qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. The research method of system analysis carries on the theory analysis and the method discussion of the coordinated development of the logistics park in the economic region. The main contents are as follows: 1) analyzing the ecological characteristics of logistics parks in economic regions, using the ecological theory to study the niche status of logistics parks, and the competition of logistics parks. Based on dynamic competition theory, this paper analyzes the connotation, characteristics and evolution process of logistics park competition in economic regions. Based on the factors of market demand, service cost, service type and other logistics parks, Bertrand pricing strategy and differential game theory are used synthetically. From the perspective of symbiotic theory, this paper analyzes the connotation, characteristics, causes and symbiotic behavior of logistics park cooperative symbiosis system. Considering the total profit, the contribution of logistics park in cooperation, the probability of successful cooperation among members, and the satisfaction of members on profit distribution, the Nash negotiation model and Shapley value method are used synthetically. This paper establishes the profit distribution model of logistics park cooperation symbiosis system based on satisfaction degree. (4) the cooperative theory is used to study the process of co-evolution of logistics park in economic region under the dual action of competition and cooperation. The synergetic equation, which takes profit of logistics park as order parameter, investment and cost as control parameter, is established to analyze the synergy effect of logistics park. The change of profit and the investment efficiency of different investment modes. 5) analyze the necessity of coordinated development of government regulation and control in logistics parks in economic regions, and point out that government regulation and control can strengthen organization and coordination according to local actual conditions. We should coordinate and cooperate closely with the surrounding areas, perfect the construction of transportation infrastructure, establish the public information platform of regional logistics, and give play to the role of non-governmental organizations such as logistics industry associations. The coordinated development of logistics parks in the same economic region is a complex system engineering, which needs to be realized step by step, and the market mechanism and government regulation play the same important role in this process, and they complement each other and complement each other.
