【摘要】：在京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展視角下,河北省民辦高校面臨諸多問(wèn)題,主要體現(xiàn)為:專(zhuān)業(yè)設(shè)置與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不匹配、區(qū)域內(nèi)教育資源不均衡、合作育人機(jī)制不健全、應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)尚待深化改革等。為此,文章提出,河北省民辦高校應(yīng)適應(yīng)京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的需要,積極尋求應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)對(duì)策,調(diào)整學(xué)科專(zhuān)業(yè)布局,構(gòu)建多維度合作育人協(xié)同發(fā)展機(jī)制,加大應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)重點(diǎn)環(huán)節(jié)的改革力度,為河北省民辦高校應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)開(kāi)辟?gòu)V闊的教育空間。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of coordinated development between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, private colleges and universities in Hebei Province are confronted with many problems, such as the mismatch between specialty setting and regional economic development, the imbalance of educational resources within the region, and the imperfect mechanism of cooperative education. The key links in the cultivation of applied talents need to be further reformed. Therefore, the paper puts forward that private colleges and universities in Hebei Province should adapt to the needs of the cooperative development strategy of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, actively seek the countermeasures of cultivating applied talents, adjust the distribution of disciplines and specialties, and construct a multi-dimensional cooperative and cooperative development mechanism. In order to open up a wide educational space for the cultivation of applied talents in private colleges and universities in Hebei Province, we should strengthen the reform of the key links in the cultivation of applied talents.
