【摘要】：文化與科技在發(fā)展中相互作用,彼此促進(jìn),螺旋增長,不斷演進(jìn)。正確認(rèn)識文化與科技的關(guān)系,堅(jiān)持以人為本、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的理念,有效推動新技術(shù)的轉(zhuǎn)化應(yīng)用,促進(jìn)和塑造社會物質(zhì)文明向著健康的方向發(fā)展。文化與科技由“選擇性介入”到“全面融合”既是文化產(chǎn)業(yè)與科技產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的客觀規(guī)律,也是第三次工業(yè)革命對產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展影響的具體體現(xiàn)。人類歷史進(jìn)程表明,文化與科技相生相伴,如影隨形。文化與科技的每一次融合,都推動了人類文明發(fā)展的飛躍。 本文在分析了基本理論(主要包括STS理論、協(xié)同理論、融合理論等)與梳理了相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,利用PEST與SWOT工具對上海文化與科技融合產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展宏觀環(huán)境(政策環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、社會環(huán)境和技術(shù)環(huán)境)與微觀基礎(chǔ)(優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)遇、挑戰(zhàn))等情況進(jìn)行了分析,并從上海文化與科技融合產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的基本動力、內(nèi)在機(jī)理等角度,在總結(jié)借鑒國外發(fā)展文化與科技融合產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了促進(jìn)上海文化與科技融合產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的對策建議。 通過對上海文化與科技融合產(chǎn)業(yè)的分析,本文認(rèn)為：第一、當(dāng)國際經(jīng)濟(jì)處于發(fā)展周期的低谷、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展放緩時,積極發(fā)展文化與科技融合產(chǎn)業(yè)是調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)、促轉(zhuǎn)型、尋找新經(jīng)濟(jì)增長點(diǎn)的可行且有效的做法；第二、促進(jìn)文化與科技融合產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,不但要利用新興技術(shù)發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè),而且也要利用文化促進(jìn)科技產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,其中最為重要的是實(shí)現(xiàn)文化與科技彼此滲透深度融合,以催生出新的產(chǎn)業(yè)業(yè)態(tài),最終帶動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展等；第三、本研究只是結(jié)合上海文化與科技融合產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的個案進(jìn)行的初步探討,期望能起到拋磚引玉的作用,帶動學(xué)術(shù)界對該領(lǐng)域的深入研究。
[Abstract]:Culture and technology interact with each other in development, promote each other, spiral growth, and continue to evolve. We should correctly understand the relationship between culture and science and technology, adhere to the concept of people-oriented and sustainable development, effectively promote the transformation and application of new technologies, and promote and shape the development of social material civilization towards a healthy direction. Culture and science and technology from "selective intervention" to "comprehensive integration" is not only the objective law of the development of cultural industry and science and technology industry, but also the concrete embodiment of the impact of the third industrial revolution on industrial development. Human history shows that culture and technology go hand in hand. Every fusion of culture and science and technology has promoted the development of human civilization by leaps and bounds. On the basis of analyzing the basic theories (including STS theory, synergy theory, fusion theory, etc.) and combing the relevant literature, this paper makes use of PEST and SWOT tools to analyze the macro environment (policy environment) of Shanghai culture and science and technology integration industry development. The economic environment, the social environment and the technological environment) and the micro basis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, challenges) are analyzed, and from the angle of the basic motive force and internal mechanism of the development of Shanghai culture and science and technology integration industry, On the basis of summing up the experience of foreign countries in developing culture and science and technology fusion industry, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of Shanghai culture and science and technology integration industry. Through the analysis of Shanghai culture and science and technology fusion industry, this paper holds that: first, when the international economy is in the low point of the development cycle and the regional economic development is slowing down, actively developing the culture and science and technology fusion industry is to adjust the structure and promote the transformation. To find a feasible and effective way to increase the growth of the new economy; second, to promote the integration of culture and science and technology, not only to develop cultural industries with emerging technologies, but also to use culture to promote the development of science and technology industries. Among them, the most important thing is to realize the deep integration of culture and science and technology, so as to give birth to a new industrial form and eventually to promote the development of regional economy. Third, This study is only a preliminary study of the development of Shanghai culture and science and technology integration industry, hoping to play a role in attracting the impact of the academic community to promote the in-depth study of this field.
