【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展，產(chǎn)業(yè)集群以其強(qiáng)大的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)正在成為各區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要組織形式。在這其中，臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)集群依靠其獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì)，正成為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的熱點(diǎn)。同時(shí)，人類對(duì)于土地資源的需求正隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展而不斷增加，而土地資源是有限的，因此加強(qiáng)土地集約利用成為土地開(kāi)發(fā)利用的重要課題。土地是產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的載體，土地集約利用和產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展都屬于區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的研究范疇，二者在理論上和實(shí)踐中都存在著密切的聯(lián)系。因此本文的研究重點(diǎn)是探尋產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展和土地集約利用的相互關(guān)系，以促進(jìn)二者協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展；研究的落腳點(diǎn)是如何通過(guò)臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和臨港經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)土地集約利用的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展來(lái)促進(jìn)區(qū)域的開(kāi)發(fā)建設(shè)。 本文首先總結(jié)了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和土地集約利用的相關(guān)理論，為本文的研究需找理論支撐。然后先是通過(guò)相關(guān)性分析將產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展和土地集約利用二者聯(lián)系起來(lái)，，并且通過(guò)研究影響機(jī)理和影響途徑，從理論和實(shí)踐兩個(gè)角度分析了二者相互影響相互促進(jìn)的關(guān)系。 在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上，分析了天津臨港經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和土地利用的現(xiàn)狀、存在問(wèn)題，提出了通過(guò)促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展和土地集約利用協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展破解當(dāng)前發(fā)展難題的觀點(diǎn)，并且給出了相關(guān)建議。最后選取了天津臨港經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展和土地集約利用程度較高的糧油產(chǎn)業(yè)園為例，分析了其產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展及土地集約利用的相互促進(jìn)作用。本文研究?jī)?nèi)容在理論上是對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和土地利用二者關(guān)系研究的有益補(bǔ)充，在實(shí)踐中對(duì)于天津臨港經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)未來(lái)的發(fā)展具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, industrial cluster is becoming an important organizational form of regional economic development with its strong competitive advantage. Among them, industrial cluster near port depends on its unique advantages and is becoming a hot spot of economic development. At the same time, the human demand for land resources is increasing with the development of economy and society, and the land resources are limited. Therefore, to strengthen the intensive use of land has become an important subject of land development and utilization. Land is the carrier of industrial development, land intensive use and industrial cluster development belong to the research category of regional economics, both of which are closely related in theory and practice. Therefore, the research focus of this paper is to explore the relationship between industrial cluster development and land intensive use, in order to promote the coordinated development of the two; The focus of the study is how to promote the development of the region through the coordinated development of the industrial cluster and the intensive use of land in the port-adjacent economic zone. Firstly, this paper summarizes the related theories of industrial cluster and land intensive utilization, which need theoretical support for the research of this paper. Then through the correlation analysis, the industrial cluster development and the land intensive utilization are connected together, and through the research of the influence mechanism and the influence way, from the theory and the practice angle, the paper analyzes the relationship between the two mutual influence and mutual promotion. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper analyzes the present situation of industrial development and land use in Tianjin Port Economic Zone, and puts forward the viewpoint of solving the current development problems by promoting the development of industrial clusters and coordinating the development of land intensive utilization. And gives the related suggestion. Finally, the industrial cluster development and land intensive use of grain and oil industrial parks in Tianjin Port Economic Zone are selected as an example to analyze the mutual promotion of industrial development and land intensive utilization. The content of this paper is a useful supplement to the research on the relationship between industrial development and land use in theory and has guiding significance for the future development of Tianjin Port Economic Zone in practice.
