【摘要】：區(qū)域和城市發(fā)展問題關(guān)系到我國經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的大局,城市圈和一體化是我國經(jīng)濟未來發(fā)展的主題,"十二五"計劃中將京津冀一體化上升為國家戰(zhàn)略,"十三五"期間更是將其列為了主要工作之一,京津冀區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)增長和其獨特的地理位置,使得國家對其越發(fā)重視。推進京津冀一體化已經(jīng)成為這一地區(qū)經(jīng)濟社會快速協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在要求,而在當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟社會轉(zhuǎn)型和構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會的大背景下,區(qū)域內(nèi)城市間的工資差距可能會取代原有的區(qū)域間差距和城鄉(xiāng)差距,成為一個不可忽視的重要問題。從全國來看,京津冀區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r遠落后于珠江三角洲和長江三角洲地區(qū),且京津冀工資差距的存在又會進一步影響甚至阻礙區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,因而分析京津冀工資差距的現(xiàn)狀,探尋影響京津冀三地間工資差距的影響因素,有針對地采取有效措施減少差距是京津冀一體化區(qū)域經(jīng)濟協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展和構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會的必經(jīng)之路。本文采用定性和定量研究相結(jié)合的方法,深入剖析京津冀工資差距現(xiàn)狀,建立面板數(shù)據(jù)模型進行影響因素分析,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、受教育水平、對外貿(mào)易等因素對工資影響顯著,其中產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)影響最大。本文在此基礎(chǔ)上提出京津冀區(qū)域工資差距的對策建議,促進京津冀區(qū)域經(jīng)濟協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,更好地實現(xiàn)區(qū)域一體化。
[Abstract]:The problems of regional and urban development are related to the overall situation of China's economic and social development. The city circle and integration is the theme of our country's economic development in the future. In the 12th Five-Year Plan, the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei has been promoted as a national strategy, and it has been listed as one of the main tasks during the 13th Five-Year Plan. The sustained economic growth of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei and its unique geographical location make the country pay more attention to it. Promoting the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei has become an inherent requirement for the rapid and coordinated development of the regional economy and society. Under the background of the current economic and social transformation and the construction of a harmonious socialist society, The wage gap between the cities in the region may replace the original regional and urban-rural disparities, which is an important issue that can not be ignored. Nationally, the coordinated economic development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region lags far behind that of the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta, and the existence of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei wage gap will further affect or even hinder the coordinated development of the regional economy. Therefore, this paper analyzes the current situation of the wage gap between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and explores the influential factors that affect the wage gap among the three places of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. It is necessary to take effective measures to reduce the gap between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei in order to coordinate the development of regional economy and build a harmonious socialist society. In this paper, qualitative and quantitative methods are used to deeply analyze the current situation of wage gap between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and to establish panel data model to analyze the influencing factors, and to find out the industrial structure and the level of education. Foreign trade and other factors have a significant impact on wages, among which the industrial structure has the greatest impact. On this basis, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of the wage gap in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, promotes the coordinated development of the regional economy of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and realizes the regional integration better.
