【摘要】：建設(shè)一流高職院校,是我國(guó)高職院校發(fā)展到一定階段的歷史產(chǎn)物,對(duì)增強(qiáng)高等教育吸引力以及加快構(gòu)建我國(guó)現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系都具有重大而深遠(yuǎn)的意義。辦學(xué)定位是一流高職院校建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)和核心內(nèi)容,在一流高職院校創(chuàng)建過(guò)程中起著基礎(chǔ)性、全局性和引領(lǐng)性作用。實(shí)施一流高職院校辦學(xué)定位,就應(yīng)在把握一流高職院校辦學(xué)定位科學(xué)意蘊(yùn)的基礎(chǔ)上,全新審視當(dāng)前一流高職院校辦學(xué)定位模糊不清、千遍一律、角色錯(cuò)位等三類(lèi)問(wèn)題,提出一流高職院校辦學(xué)定位確定的基本遵循,即包含法治依據(jù)、理論依據(jù)、現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)和實(shí)踐依據(jù)在內(nèi)的四大確立依據(jù),以及職業(yè)性和教育性結(jié)合原則、一流性和前瞻性結(jié)合原則、區(qū)域性和國(guó)際性結(jié)合原則、特色性和創(chuàng)新性結(jié)合原則的四大界定原則。
[Abstract]:The construction of first-class vocational colleges is the historical product of the development of higher vocational colleges in our country. It is of great and far-reaching significance for enhancing the attraction of higher education and speeding up the construction of our modern vocational education system. The orientation of running a school is the key link and core content of the construction of the first-class vocational colleges, which plays a fundamental, global and leading role in the course of the establishment of the first-class vocational colleges. On the basis of grasping the scientific implication of the orientation of running a first-class higher vocational college, we should completely examine three kinds of problems, such as fuzziness in the orientation of running a school at present, a thousand times of uniformity, misplacement of the role, etc, in implementing the orientation of running a school in a first-class vocational college. The paper puts forward the basic principles of establishing the orientation of the first-class higher vocational colleges, that is, the four establishment bases, including the legal basis, the theoretical basis, the practical basis and the practical basis, as well as the principle of combining occupation and education. First-class and forward-looking combination principle, regional and international combination principle, characteristic and innovative combination principle four defining principles.
