【摘要】：改革開放以來,在高速城鎮(zhèn)化推動下,城市發(fā)生著巨大的變化。伴隨區(qū)域經(jīng)濟格局調(diào)整、城市規(guī)模擴張、片區(qū)功能優(yōu)化重組,城市風貌面臨著“千城一面,萬鎮(zhèn)一統(tǒng)”的巨大挑戰(zhàn)。甘肅天水市是第三批國家級歷史文化名城,也是西北地區(qū)典型的河谷型城市,其城市風貌現(xiàn)狀不容樂觀。一方面受到城市快速發(fā)展的影響,河谷型自然生態(tài)環(huán)境面臨威脅,其自然風貌破壞嚴重;另一方面,城市的無序發(fā)展摧毀了“五城連珠”的歷史空間格局,削弱了城市人文價值,城市風貌內(nèi)涵和發(fā)展問題亟待解決。論文從西北地區(qū)河谷型城市的整體特征入手,在天水市城市風貌現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合河谷城市的特征構(gòu)建風貌規(guī)劃框架。形成風貌保護與發(fā)展策略,以指導天水市的風貌建設(shè)。論文從三個方面進行論述,首先針對城市風貌相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論展開研究探索,分析城市風貌的構(gòu)成,挖掘其內(nèi)在特質(zhì)與外延特質(zhì),探討性地提出了城市風貌特質(zhì)的“風”、“貌”、“意”與城市人文特質(zhì)“真”、“善”、“美”之間的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,并構(gòu)建對于城市風貌要素的認知體系,搭建了城市現(xiàn)狀風貌基底的認知框架。然后整合“基質(zhì)要素”、“認識要素”、“控制要素”、“價值體現(xiàn)”四個層面的內(nèi)容,從“河谷格局”、“河谷文明”、“河谷建城”三個方面進行天水市現(xiàn)狀風貌的分析與解讀。進而做出對于天水市整體層面的風貌特色認知和城市各方面風貌建設(shè)狀況評價。最后針對存在的問題,提出天水城市風貌的整體定位,并結(jié)合營造“河谷格局”,發(fā)揚“河谷文明”,完善“河谷建城”的理念,形成城市風貌系統(tǒng)格局,從實際問題出發(fā),提出符合實際的整改目標和策略建議,為構(gòu)建天水特色河谷型城市風貌提供參考。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, under the impetus of high-speed urbanization, great changes have taken place in the city.With the adjustment of regional economic pattern, the expansion of urban scale and the optimization and reorganization of district functions, the urban landscape is facing the great challenge of "one side of a thousand cities and one unified whole of ten thousand towns".Tianshui City in Gansu Province is the third batch of state-level historical and cultural cities, and is also a typical river valley city in Northwest China.On the one hand, influenced by the rapid development of the city, the valley natural ecological environment is threatened, and its natural features are seriously damaged. On the other hand, the disorderly development of the city has destroyed the historical space pattern of "five cities and Lianzhu".Weakened the city humanities value, the city style connotation and the development question urgently needs to be solved.Based on the analysis of the present situation of Tianshui city, this paper starts with the overall characteristics of the valley city in Northwest China, and combines the characteristics of the river valley city to construct the framework of landscape planning.Form the style protection and the development strategy, in order to guide the construction of the style and features of Tianshui City.The thesis discusses from three aspects. Firstly, the author studies and explores the basic theories of urban style and features, analyzes the composition of urban style and features, excavates its intrinsic and epitaxial characteristics, and puts forward the "wind" of urban features.The inner relationship between "appearance", "meaning" and "truth", "goodness" and "beauty", and the cognitive system of the elements of urban style and features are constructed, and the cognitive framework of the present urban style and features is set up.Then integrate the contents of "matrix elements", "cognitive elements", "control elements", "value embodying", from "valley pattern", "valley civilization",This paper analyzes and interprets the present situation of Tianshui City from three aspects: the river valley and the city.And then to make the overall level of Tianshui characteristics of the recognition of the city and the status of construction of all aspects of the evaluation.Finally, aiming at the existing problems, this paper puts forward the overall orientation of the style and features of Tianshui city, combining with the construction of "river valley pattern", carrying forward the concept of "valley civilization" and perfecting "river valley building city", forms the system pattern of urban style and features, and sets out from the actual problems.The aim and strategy of rectification and improvement are put forward, which can be used as reference for the construction of Tianshui river valley style city.
