【摘要】：金融商務(wù)區(qū)的發(fā)展可以發(fā)揮金融集聚效應(yīng),大大促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。本文以江西紅谷灘金融商務(wù)區(qū)為例,探討了我國金融商務(wù)區(qū)發(fā)展的策略問題。江西紅谷灘金融商務(wù)區(qū)經(jīng)過十幾年的發(fā)展,已實(shí)現(xiàn)"基本成型"目標(biāo),目前正重點(diǎn)推進(jìn)"一院兩園三平臺"建設(shè),但是仍存在經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)薄弱、金融業(yè)態(tài)發(fā)展緩慢和服務(wù)配套不完善的問題。最后提出了做好總體戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃、進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)優(yōu)惠政策、加快基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和服務(wù)配套建設(shè)、增加金融人才總量和質(zhì)量以及加強(qiáng)金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范的政策建議,以促進(jìn)江西紅谷灘金融商務(wù)區(qū)進(jìn)一步健康快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The development of financial business district can exert the effect of financial agglomeration and greatly promote the development of regional economy.Taking Honggutan Financial Business District of Jiangxi Province as an example, this paper discusses the development strategy of financial business district in China.After more than ten years of development, Jiangxi Honggutan Financial and Commercial District has achieved the goal of "basically forming". At present, it is focusing on promoting the construction of "one courtyard, two gardens, three platforms," but there is still a weak economic base.The problems of slow development of financial form and imperfect service supporting.Finally, it puts forward some policy suggestions for making a good overall strategic plan, further promoting preferential policies, speeding up the construction of infrastructure and services, increasing the total number and quality of financial personnel, and strengthening the prevention of financial risks.In order to promote the Jiangxi Honggutan Financial Business District further healthy and rapid development.
