【摘要】：中小城市的空間尺度小,資源有限,提升城市功能必須依托、借助及利用其周邊區(qū)域等外部資源。澳門的世界旅游休閑中心定位是順應(yīng)澳門特區(qū)政府推進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)適度多元化的產(chǎn)物,然而澳門作為一個微型經(jīng)濟(jì)體,面臨旅游休閑資源匱乏、客源單一、輻射能力差和綜合服務(wù)水平低等問題,推進(jìn)世界旅游休閑中心建設(shè)困難重重。根據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)多元化理論,運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法測度博彩業(yè)與相關(guān)旅游休閑的產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)度。結(jié)果表明,小空間尺度區(qū)域視角的澳門,宜面向全球,依托大珠三角區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化,借力大珠三角及周邊區(qū)域的旅游資源及產(chǎn)業(yè)資源,選擇、發(fā)展優(yōu)勢行業(yè)以實現(xiàn)旅游休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)適度多元化;增強(qiáng)"澳-葡"旅游文化元素、強(qiáng)化旅游休閑文化資源凝聚力;在博彩業(yè)與會展業(yè)關(guān)系中增進(jìn)會展業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)帶動效應(yīng),提升旅游文化服務(wù)功能,有效建設(shè)世界旅游休閑中心。
[Abstract]:Small and medium-sized cities have a small spatial scale and limited resources, so we must rely on to promote urban functions. The positioning of Macao's world tourism and leisure center is a product of the moderate diversification of the economy promoted by the Macao Special Administrative region government. However, as a tiny economy, Macao is faced with a lack of tourism and leisure resources. Problems such as single source of tourists, poor radiation capacity and low level of comprehensive services make it difficult to promote the construction of the world tourism and leisure center. According to the theory of industrial diversification, This paper uses grey relational analysis to measure the industrial correlation between gambling and tourism leisure. The results show that Macau with a small spatial scale regional perspective should face the whole world and rely on the regional economic integration of the Greater Pearl River Delta. With the help of the tourism resources and industrial resources of the Great Pearl River Delta and its surrounding areas, we should choose and develop advantageous industries in order to realize the moderate diversification of tourism and leisure industry, strengthen the cultural elements of "Australia and Portugal" tourism, and strengthen the cohesion of tourism leisure cultural resources. In the relationship between the gaming industry and the exhibition industry, the industrial driving effect of the convention and exhibition industry should be enhanced, the function of tourism cultural service should be enhanced, and the world tourism and leisure center should be built effectively.
