【摘要】：區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的不均衡、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的差異性及收斂性是當(dāng)下經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)家研究的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題之一。長(zhǎng)期的計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)體制導(dǎo)致了東北三省區(qū)域內(nèi)部差異不斷拉大,內(nèi)部經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展嚴(yán)重不均衡,從而阻礙其整體實(shí)力的提升,東北三省成為了我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的短板,"東北現(xiàn)象"和"新東北現(xiàn)象"引發(fā)廣泛關(guān)注。了解目前東北三省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異是促進(jìn)其區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的必要前提,對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)東北三省整體經(jīng)濟(jì)崛起具有重要意義,因此,本文主要目標(biāo)是探究東北三省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異及其收斂性。本文從時(shí)間和空間兩個(gè)角度出發(fā),首先對(duì)東北三省各省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的差異性進(jìn)行比較分析,其次基于不同空間尺度與不同產(chǎn)業(yè)將經(jīng)濟(jì)差異進(jìn)行分解,進(jìn)而對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異空間依賴性進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),最后基于空間計(jì)量分析法,探究東北三省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)差異的收斂性。經(jīng)研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)從東北三省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異的時(shí)間演變過(guò)程來(lái)看,2000-2014年無(wú)論是絕對(duì)差異還是相對(duì)差異均呈現(xiàn)不斷擴(kuò)大的趨勢(shì)。(2)從東北三省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異的空間整體格局來(lái)看,區(qū)域總體差異呈現(xiàn)擴(kuò)大趨勢(shì),區(qū)域間的差異較小,而區(qū)域內(nèi)部的差異則是影響東北三省區(qū)域總體經(jīng)濟(jì)差異的主要體現(xiàn)。(3)從東北三省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異的空間細(xì)化格局來(lái)看,第二產(chǎn)業(yè)差異成為總體差異擴(kuò)大的主要因素,但對(duì)總體差異的貢獻(xiàn)度在逐年降低,而第三產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)總體差異的貢獻(xiàn)程度在不斷上升。(4)從東北三省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異的空間依賴性來(lái)看,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平在空間上呈現(xiàn)階段性分異。在2000-2009年空間集聚在逐步增強(qiáng),同時(shí)區(qū)域差異在不斷擴(kuò)大,而2009-2014年空間集聚與經(jīng)濟(jì)差異呈現(xiàn)反向發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),空間集聚形態(tài)呈現(xiàn)"U"型,而經(jīng)濟(jì)差異呈現(xiàn)倒"U"型。(5)從東北三省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異的收斂性檢驗(yàn)來(lái)看,經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)不存在絕對(duì)σ收斂趨勢(shì)和絕對(duì)β收斂,但存在顯著的條件β收斂,通過(guò)空間滯后模型和空間杜賓模型實(shí)證結(jié)果分析得出,東北三省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)在外生控制變量的影響下,工業(yè)化水平和人力資本的積累是導(dǎo)致地區(qū)間差距擴(kuò)大的重要因素。而在影響地區(qū)收斂的空間因素中,對(duì)外開放程度和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)水平會(huì)對(duì)本地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展造成擠出效應(yīng);而人力資本水平的發(fā)展具有較強(qiáng)的正向溢出效應(yīng)。通過(guò)分析發(fā)現(xiàn)東北三省間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)帶來(lái)的負(fù)向效應(yīng)要大于正向溢出效應(yīng),說(shuō)明地區(qū)間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和資源掠奪會(huì)造成區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異的進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大。最后,本文對(duì)如何促進(jìn)東北三省區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展提出相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:The imbalance of regional economic development, the difference and convergence of economic growth is one of the hot issues studied by economic geologists. The internal economic development is seriously unbalanced, thus hindering the improvement of its overall strength, The Northeast three provinces have become the short board of our country's economic development, and the "Northeast phenomenon" and "New Northeast phenomenon" have aroused widespread concern. Understanding the regional economic differences of the three Northeast provinces is the necessary prerequisite to promote the regional coordinated development of the three Northeast provinces. Therefore, the main goal of this paper is to explore the regional economic differences and their convergence of the three Northeast provinces. First, the differences of economic development in the three provinces of Northeast China are compared and analyzed. Secondly, the economic differences are decomposed based on different spatial scales and industries, and then the spatial dependence of regional economic differences is tested. Finally, based on the spatial metrological analysis, This paper explores the convergence of the economic growth differences of the three provinces in Northeast China. (1) from the perspective of the temporal evolution of the regional economic differences in the three provinces of Northeast China, there is an increasing trend of absolute or relative differences from 2000 to 2014) from the point of view of the time evolution of the regional economic differences of the three northeastern provinces. From the perspective of the overall spatial pattern of regional economic differences in the three northeastern provinces, The overall regional differences show an expanding trend, and the regional differences are small, while the intra-regional differences are the main embodiment of the regional economic differences of the three Northeast provinces) from the perspective of the spatial refinement pattern of the regional economic differences of the three Northeast provinces. The secondary industry difference becomes the main factor of the overall difference expansion, but the contribution degree to the overall difference is decreasing year by year, while the contribution degree of the tertiary industry to the overall difference is rising. 4) from the view of the spatial dependence of the regional economic difference of the three northeast provinces, From 2000 to 2009, the spatial agglomeration was gradually strengthened, while the regional differences were enlarged, while the spatial agglomeration and the economic difference showed a reverse development trend in 2009-2014, and the spatial agglomeration form presented the "U" pattern. From the convergence test of regional economic differences in three provinces of Northeast China, there is no absolute 蟽 convergence trend and absolute 尾 convergence in economic growth, but there are significant conditional 尾 convergence. Through the empirical analysis of spatial lag model and spatial Dobbin model, it is concluded that the regional economic growth of the three northeastern provinces is influenced by exogenous control variables. The industrialization level and the accumulation of human capital are the important factors leading to the widening of the regional gap, and among the spatial factors affecting the regional convergence, the degree of opening to the outside world and the level of industrial structure will cause the crowding out effect on the regional economic development. The development of human capital level has a strong positive spillover effect, and it is found that the negative effect of the competition among the three provinces in Northeast China is greater than that of the positive spillover effect. It shows that regional competition and resource plunder will lead to the further expansion of regional economic differences. Finally, this paper puts forward some relevant policy suggestions on how to promote the coordinated development of the three Northeast provinces.
