【摘要】：我國(guó)在“十二五”規(guī)劃中部署了實(shí)施區(qū)域發(fā)展的總體戰(zhàn)略方針，區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的協(xié)調(diào)與可持續(xù)的發(fā)展將成為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)過(guò)程中的一項(xiàng)重要任務(wù)，旅游業(yè)作為現(xiàn)代服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)中最具發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ男屡d產(chǎn)業(yè)之一，極大地推動(dòng)了區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長(zhǎng)，逐步成為了推動(dòng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展所關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。武陵山片區(qū)內(nèi)都將發(fā)展旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)作為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)與發(fā)展的重要推動(dòng)力與戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)，區(qū)域內(nèi)對(duì)旅游業(yè)高漲的開(kāi)發(fā)熱情，使得旅游發(fā)展競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力與日俱增。旅游業(yè)作為武陵山地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分，區(qū)域旅游合作在我國(guó)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展帶動(dòng)下也必然會(huì)進(jìn)行包括旅游資源的整合、技術(shù)共享、信息互通、人才流動(dòng)等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的廣泛合作。 共生理論作為一種全新的發(fā)展思想與理念已經(jīng)被眾多的學(xué)者所認(rèn)可，并已經(jīng)在經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)中得到了很好的應(yīng)用。生物共生與區(qū)域旅游合作之間的有機(jī)聯(lián)系具有很強(qiáng)的一致性。由于地理位置相鄰并且資源狀況相近，武陵山區(qū)域旅游合作具有極大的共生性。因此，本文通過(guò)引入共生理論，對(duì)武陵山區(qū)域旅游合作問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了探討。首先，從選題的背景及意義出發(fā)，梳理歸納了國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)的研究成果，技術(shù)路線、研究方法以及可能的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)；其次，闡述了共生和區(qū)域旅游合作共生的相關(guān)概念及理論；第三，對(duì)武陵山區(qū)域旅游合作的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問(wèn)題及其影響因素作出了評(píng)價(jià)分析；第四，從共生理論的視角，分析了武陵山區(qū)域旅游合作的共生系統(tǒng)的生成、優(yōu)化及進(jìn)化，得出了目前武陵山區(qū)域旅游合作的共生模式，并指出對(duì)稱互惠的一體化共生模式是最優(yōu)的發(fā)展模式，最后，，從整合開(kāi)發(fā)，提高資源共生度；合作規(guī)劃，提高共生關(guān)聯(lián)度；交通構(gòu)建，暢通共生界面；和諧生態(tài)，優(yōu)化共生環(huán)境四個(gè)方面提出促進(jìn)武陵山區(qū)域旅游合作的建議及措施。
[Abstract]:In the 12th Five-Year Plan, our country has deployed the overall strategic policy of implementing regional development, and the coordination and sustainable development of regional economy will become an important task in the process of economic construction of our country. As one of the most promising new industries in modern service industry, tourism has greatly promoted the rapid growth of regional economy. Wuling Mountain region will develop tourism industry as an important driving force and strategic goal of regional economic construction and development. The high enthusiasm for the development of tourism in the region makes the competition pressure of tourism development increasing day by day. Tourism as an important part of the Wuling Mountain area economy. With the development of regional economy in China, regional tourism cooperation is bound to include the integration of tourism resources, technology sharing, information exchange, talent flow and other related fields of extensive cooperation. Symbiotic theory as a new development ideas and ideas has been recognized by many scholars and has been in economics. The organic relationship between biological symbiosis and regional tourism cooperation has strong consistency. Wuling Mountain regional tourism cooperation has a great symbiosis. Therefore, this paper introduces the theory of symbiosis, and discusses the regional tourism cooperation in Wuling Mountain. First of all, from the background and significance of the topic. Combing and summarizing the domestic and foreign related research results, technical routes, research methods and possible innovation points; Secondly, the related concepts and theories of symbiosis and regional tourism cooperation symbiosis are expounded. Thirdly, the present situation, existing problems and influencing factors of regional tourism cooperation in Wuling Mountain are evaluated and analyzed. In 4th, from the perspective of symbiotic theory, this paper analyzes the generation, optimization and evolution of the symbiotic system of regional tourism cooperation in Wuling Mountain, and obtains the symbiotic mode of regional tourism cooperation in Wuling Mountain at present. It is pointed out that the symbiosis model of symmetry and reciprocity is the best development mode. Finally, from the integration of development, improve the degree of resource symbiosis; Cooperation planning to improve the degree of symbiotic correlation; Traffic construction, smooth symbiotic interface; Four aspects of harmonious ecology and optimization of symbiotic environment are put forward to promote regional tourism cooperation in Wuling Mountain.
