【摘要】:京津冀地區(qū)是我國綜合發(fā)展水平最高,也是我國最具經(jīng)濟(jì)活力的區(qū)域之一。而京津冀經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)則是京津冀地區(qū)城市間經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系增強(qiáng)的產(chǎn)物。京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展不僅是推進(jìn)區(qū)域發(fā)展體制機(jī)制創(chuàng)新的需要,也是一個重大的國家戰(zhàn)略。對于京津冀地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)、形成機(jī)理、影響效應(yīng)的研究有助于促進(jìn)京津冀地區(qū)一體化發(fā)展的深化,具有理論和實踐雙重意義。 區(qū)域網(wǎng)絡(luò)建立在關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,研究區(qū)域網(wǎng)絡(luò)必須要研究地區(qū)間的關(guān)系。然而,關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)并不滿足常規(guī)計量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中變量相互獨立的假設(shè),這使對網(wǎng)絡(luò)的研究比較困難。但這也決定了定量研究區(qū)域網(wǎng)絡(luò)的價值。本文嘗試將經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)與社會學(xué)結(jié)合,引入網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析方法分析區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)問題。另外,本文同時從理論經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系和實際運輸聯(lián)系兩個角度測算區(qū)域網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),在進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)測量時,兩種測度結(jié)果相互印證,這也是本文的另一個創(chuàng)新之處。 本文首先將區(qū)域網(wǎng)絡(luò)的理論研究進(jìn)行整理和深化,接下來分別運用網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析方法構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)的度量模型和計量經(jīng)濟(jì)方法構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)影響的度量模型進(jìn)行量化研究。本文用GIS軟件模擬了京津冀地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)的現(xiàn)狀,并用UCINET軟件測算了京津冀地區(qū)的整體網(wǎng)絡(luò)密度、網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心性和核心邊緣結(jié)構(gòu)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):京津冀地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)已經(jīng)形成,但網(wǎng)絡(luò)密度并不大,說明該地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化程度不高,集聚優(yōu)勢并沒有充分發(fā)揮;網(wǎng)絡(luò)整體聯(lián)結(jié)性增強(qiáng),整個地區(qū)綜合實力增強(qiáng);該地區(qū)存在核心邊緣結(jié)構(gòu),并且經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展越來越趨向于核心城市驅(qū)動的模式。本文還對區(qū)域網(wǎng)絡(luò)與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了檢驗,實證結(jié)果表明整體網(wǎng)絡(luò)密度、局部中心性、整體中心性與人均地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值之間有明顯的正相關(guān)關(guān)系。最后根據(jù)文章結(jié)論得出相應(yīng)政策建議。
[Abstract]:The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is the highest level of comprehensive development in China. The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic connection network is the product of the strengthening of the economic ties between the cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is not only the need to promote the innovation of the regional development system and mechanism, but also one of the most economically dynamic regions in China. Yes. It is also an important national strategy. The research on the network structure, formation mechanism and influence effect of the economic connection network in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is helpful to promote the development of the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. It is of both theoretical and practical significance. The regional network is based on the relationship, the study of the regional network must study the inter-regional relationship. However, the relational data do not satisfy the hypothesis that variables are independent in the conventional econometrics. This makes the study of network more difficult, but it also determines the value of quantitative study of regional network. This paper attempts to combine economics with sociology and introduce network analysis method to analyze regional economic problems. At the same time, this paper calculates the regional network structure from the angle of theoretical and economic connection and actual transportation connection. The results of the two measurements are mutually verified when carrying out network measurement, which is another innovation of this paper. In this paper, the theoretical research of regional network is firstly sorted out and deepened. Then the measurement model of network structure is constructed by network analysis method and the measurement model of network influence is constructed by econometric method. This paper simulates the economic connection network in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region by GIS software. The status quo. The whole network density, network centrality and core edge structure of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area are calculated by UCINET software. The research shows that the economic connection network in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area has been formed, but the network density is not large. It shows that the degree of economic integration in this area is not high, and the agglomeration advantage has not been brought into full play; The overall connectivity of the network is enhanced, and the overall strength of the whole region is enhanced; The core edge structure exists in this area and the economic development tends to the core city-driven mode. This paper also tests the relationship between regional network and regional economy. The empirical results show that the overall network density. There is a significant positive correlation between local centrality, global centrality and per capita regional GDP. Finally, the corresponding policy recommendations are given according to the conclusion of the paper.
