【摘要】：為深入研究農(nóng)戶參與農(nóng)地整治項(xiàng)目的空間區(qū)域差異及其影響因素,對(duì)河西走廊15個(gè)縣(市、區(qū))的農(nóng)地整治項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)查走訪,采用模糊綜合評(píng)判法測(cè)算農(nóng)戶參與的水平,運(yùn)用探索性空間數(shù)據(jù)分析法(ESDA)測(cè)評(píng)農(nóng)戶參與的空間格局及區(qū)域差異,并運(yùn)用空間計(jì)量模型分析農(nóng)戶參與的影響因素。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)河西走廊農(nóng)地整治農(nóng)戶參與水平普遍較低,空間區(qū)域差異明顯,具有顯著的正的空間自相關(guān)性;(2)河西走廊農(nóng)戶參與水平"熱點(diǎn)區(qū)域"集中分布在東部石羊河流域和西部疏勒河流域,"盲點(diǎn)區(qū)域"則處于中部黑河流域的肅州區(qū)、高臺(tái)縣、臨澤縣,總體呈現(xiàn)出空間地域上"兩頭高中間低"的"啞鈴"結(jié)構(gòu);(3)空間誤差回歸分析表明,在考慮了空間地理效應(yīng)之后,"農(nóng)戶耕地塊數(shù)""村領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)待整治項(xiàng)目態(tài)度""農(nóng)戶對(duì)種植農(nóng)產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)預(yù)期"等因素對(duì)農(nóng)戶參與空間差異產(chǎn)生了更為顯著的影響。根據(jù)區(qū)域?qū)嶋H情況,剖析農(nóng)地整治中農(nóng)戶參與的空間格局及其影響因素的內(nèi)在機(jī)理,可為政府和國(guó)土部門制定差別化的農(nóng)戶參與激勵(lì)政策以提升農(nóng)地整治的績(jī)效及農(nóng)戶有效參與度提供理論依據(jù)和參考方法。
[Abstract]:In order to deeply study the spatial differences of farmers' participation in farmland renovation projects and their influencing factors, the farmland improvement projects in 15 counties (cities, districts) of Hexi Corridor were investigated and visited on the spot, and the level of farmers' participation was measured by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The spatial pattern and regional difference of farmers' participation were evaluated by exploratory spatial data analysis (ESDA), and the influencing factors of farmers' participation were analyzed by spatial econometric model. The results show that: (1) the level of farmers' participation in farmland improvement in Hexi Corridor is generally low, the spatial regional differences are obvious, and there is a significant positive spatial autocorrelation; (2) the "hot spots" of farmers' participation in Hexi Corridor are concentrated in the Shiyang River Basin in the east and the Shule River Basin in the west, while the "Blind spot area" is located in Suzhou District, Gaotai County and Linze County in the Middle Heihe River Basin. The "dumbbell" structure of "two heads high and low" in the spatial region; (3) the spatial error regression analysis shows that after considering the spatial geographic effect, Factors such as "the number of farmland blocks", "the attitude of village leaders to renovation projects", "the expectation of farmers to grow agricultural products market" and other factors have a more significant impact on the spatial differences of farmers' participation. According to the actual situation of the region, this paper analyzes the spatial pattern of farmers' participation in agricultural land improvement and the internal mechanism of its influencing factors. It can provide theoretical basis and reference method for the government and territorial departments to formulate different incentive policies for farmers to improve the performance of agricultural land improvement and the effective participation of farmers.
