【摘要】：研究農(nóng)民參與農(nóng)地整治項(xiàng)目的行為機(jī)理,對(duì)有效調(diào)動(dòng)農(nóng)民參與積極性,促進(jìn)農(nóng)地整治事業(yè)健康、持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要意義。以"社會(huì)資本"理論為指導(dǎo),從信任、互動(dòng)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、規(guī)范4方面考察農(nóng)民的社會(huì)資本,利用湖北省和湖南省部分糧食主產(chǎn)縣(區(qū))的農(nóng)戶問卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),通過因子分析測(cè)算出農(nóng)民的社會(huì)資本指數(shù),運(yùn)用Logistic回歸分析法揭示了社會(huì)資本與農(nóng)地整治項(xiàng)目農(nóng)民參與行為的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:(1)農(nóng)民參與農(nóng)地整治項(xiàng)目的程度與其社會(huì)資本指數(shù)呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系;(2)社會(huì)資本中的社會(huì)信任因子、政治信任因子、情景互動(dòng)因子、內(nèi)生互動(dòng)因子、社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)因子、社會(huì)規(guī)范因子對(duì)農(nóng)民參與農(nóng)地整治項(xiàng)目的行為產(chǎn)生顯著的正向影響,且作用程度存在差異;(3)政治信任程度不高、情景互動(dòng)不足是農(nóng)民參與農(nóng)地整治項(xiàng)目程度較低的主要原因,其次農(nóng)民的社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)水平不高、缺乏一定的內(nèi)生互動(dòng)、村莊內(nèi)部尚未形成一定社會(huì)規(guī)范以及缺乏社會(huì)信任也將影響農(nóng)民的參與行為。因此,應(yīng)通過多種途徑大力提升農(nóng)民的社會(huì)資本,以提高農(nóng)民參與農(nóng)地整治項(xiàng)目的積極性和參與程度。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance to study the behavior mechanism of farmers' participation in agricultural land renovation projects, to effectively mobilize farmers' participation enthusiasm, to promote the healthy and sustainable development of farmland renovation undertakings. Guided by the theory of "social capital", this paper investigates the farmers' social capital from four aspects: trust, interaction, network and norm, and makes use of the questionnaire data of farmers in some main grain production counties (districts) of Hubei Province and Hunan Province. The index of farmers' social capital was calculated by factor analysis, and the relationship between social capital and farmers' participation in agricultural land improvement projects was revealed by Logistic regression analysis. The results show that: (1) there is a positive correlation between the degree of farmers' participation in farmland rehabilitation projects and their social capital index; (2) the social trust factor, the political trust factor, the scenario interaction factor, the endogenous interaction factor, the social network factor and the social norm factor in the social capital have a significant positive effect on the farmers' participation in the farmland renovation projects. And the degree of action is different. (3) the low level of political trust and insufficient situational interaction are the main reasons for the low degree of farmers' participation in agricultural land improvement projects. Secondly, the level of social network of farmers is not high, and there is a lack of endogenous interaction. The village has not formed a certain social norms and lack of social trust will also affect the participation of farmers. Therefore, farmers' social capital should be greatly promoted through many ways in order to improve their enthusiasm and participation in agricultural land renovation projects.
