【摘要】：基于四川省9縣市(區(qū))231份農(nóng)業(yè)科技機構(gòu)的調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),運用計數(shù)模型,研究了農(nóng)業(yè)科技機構(gòu)與合作社開展技術(shù)對接的程度及影響因素。結(jié)果表明,相對于科研院所、大中專院校、農(nóng)業(yè)公司,公益性強的政府農(nóng)技推廣機構(gòu)與合作社技術(shù)合作更緊密;軟硬結(jié)合的集成類技術(shù)、利潤共享的技術(shù)合作方式更能增強雙方合作的緊密程度;科技機構(gòu)認(rèn)為合作對本單位發(fā)展越重要、技術(shù)儲備越充足,越能促成彼此的技術(shù)對接。因此,建議應(yīng)進一步優(yōu)化農(nóng)業(yè)科技推廣體系的分工與協(xié)作、增強農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)供給的有效性和培育科技供需對接的環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Based on the investigation data of 231 agricultural science and technology institutions in 9 counties (districts) of Sichuan province, the degree and influencing factors of the technological docking between agricultural science and technology institutions and cooperatives were studied by using the counting model. The results show that, compared with the scientific research institutes, universities and colleges, agricultural companies, government agricultural technology extension agencies with strong public welfare have closer technical cooperation with cooperatives; With the integration of soft and hard technology, the technology cooperation mode of profit sharing can enhance the tightness of the cooperation between the two sides. The more important the cooperation is to the development of the unit, the more sufficient the technology reserve is, and the more the technology docking between the two sides can be promoted. Therefore, it is suggested that the division of labor and cooperation of agricultural science and technology extension system should be further optimized, the effectiveness of agricultural technology supply should be enhanced and the environment of science and technology supply and demand should be cultivated.
