【摘要】：充分利用海洋水域和生物資源、全面推進(jìn)藍(lán)色糧倉建設(shè)是海洋強(qiáng)國建設(shè)背景下保障國家糧食安全的重要戰(zhàn)略舉措。除了傳統(tǒng)意義上的海洋漁業(yè),海水灌溉農(nóng)業(yè)也是藍(lán)色糧倉建設(shè)的重要支撐產(chǎn)業(yè)。實踐中,藍(lán)色糧倉由陸基藍(lán)倉、近岸藍(lán)倉、海上糧倉和域外藍(lán)倉四部分組成,以保障國家糧食安全、提升國民膳食營養(yǎng)水平為宗旨的藍(lán)色糧倉建設(shè)工作應(yīng)重點做好陸基池塘化健康養(yǎng)殖模式、陸基工廠化規(guī)模養(yǎng)殖模式、陸基冷鏈保障型加工模式、沿海灘涂生態(tài)健康養(yǎng)殖模式、耐鹽堿作物海水種植模式、近岸海域多營養(yǎng)層次綜合養(yǎng)殖模式、近岸海洋牧場建設(shè)模式、離岸深水海域養(yǎng)殖模式、深遠(yuǎn)海域智能探捕作業(yè)模式和域外藍(lán)色糧倉建設(shè)模式的推廣和優(yōu)化工作。
[Abstract]:Making full use of marine waters and living resources and promoting the construction of blue granaries is an important strategic measure to ensure national food security under the background of building a powerful marine country. In addition to traditional marine fisheries, seawater irrigated agriculture is also an important supporting industry for the construction of blue granaries. In practice, the blue granary is composed of four parts: the land-based blue barn, the nearshore blue barn, the offshore granary and the extraterritorial blue barn, in order to ensure national food security. The construction of blue granaries with the aim of improving the level of national diet and nutrition should focus on the land based pond healthy culture model, the land based industrial scale culture model, the land based cold chain guarantee processing model and the coastal tidal flat ecological healthy culture model. Saline-tolerant crop seawater cultivation model, inshore multi-nutrient level integrated culture model, inshore marine ranching construction model, offshore deep-water aquaculture model, The promotion and optimization of intelligent fishing operation mode and blue granary construction mode in the far-reaching sea area.
