【摘要】：總結(jié)國(guó)外土地配置研究的特點(diǎn)與經(jīng)驗(yàn),可以為我國(guó)土地配置工作面臨的諸多新問(wèn)題與新挑戰(zhàn)提供參考與借鑒。利用文獻(xiàn)資料法與定性分析法,對(duì)國(guó)外有關(guān)土地配置的研究進(jìn)行了梳理和分析。國(guó)外土地配置研究對(duì)維持生態(tài)系統(tǒng)正常運(yùn)行、保護(hù)土地景觀、阻止生態(tài)用地向工業(yè)用地過(guò)度轉(zhuǎn)化以及確保土地利用社會(huì)整體利益最大化等問(wèn)題非常關(guān)注,對(duì)土地適宜性評(píng)判、不同因素對(duì)土地配置的影響及土地配置調(diào)控手段效率檢驗(yàn)與改進(jìn)等方面也進(jìn)行了比較深入的研究。與國(guó)外土地配置研究相比,我國(guó)土地配置研究應(yīng)從擴(kuò)展研究視角、注重多維度土地利用類(lèi)型的適宜性評(píng)判、重視利益主體訴求以及探析土地配置新途徑等方面完善相關(guān)研究體系。
[Abstract]:Summing up the characteristics and experiences of foreign land allocation research can provide reference and reference for many new problems and challenges faced by China's land allocation work. By using the method of literature and qualitative analysis, the research on land allocation in foreign countries is combed and analyzed. Foreign land allocation studies are concerned about maintaining the normal operation of the ecosystem, protecting the land landscape, preventing the excessive transformation of the ecological land to industrial land, and ensuring the maximization of the overall interests of the land use society. The influence of different factors on land allocation and the efficiency test and improvement of land allocation regulation and control means are also studied in depth. Compared with foreign land allocation research, China's land allocation research should focus on the suitability evaluation of multi-dimensional land use types from the perspective of expanding research. Attach importance to the interests of the main demands and explore new approaches to land allocation to improve the relevant research system.
