【摘要】：我國實行改革開放至今已有三十余年,在此期間浙江省的城市化發(fā)展有了比較快速的進步,2015年浙江省城市化率已經(jīng)達到65.8%,城市的地位在全省經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展中不斷上升,城市的功能不斷增強,伴隨美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)工作的深入推進,城鄉(xiāng)一體化進程不斷加快,浙江省的城市化發(fā)展已經(jīng)進入經(jīng)濟社會轉(zhuǎn)型期與改革創(chuàng)新深化期,呈現(xiàn)出全域一體化發(fā)展的趨勢。本文以浙江省的城市化發(fā)展為研究對象,通過對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論的整理和分析,以及對浙江省現(xiàn)狀資料的調(diào)研和整理,建立了城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展水平測度指標(biāo)體系,構(gòu)建了浙江省城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展評價模型,通過實證分析探究了浙江省現(xiàn)階段發(fā)展新型城市化面臨的問題及其原因,針對現(xiàn)階段浙江新型城市化的特點和發(fā)展趨勢,明確了浙江全域一體化發(fā)展的目標(biāo),提出了全域一體化發(fā)展的主導(dǎo)模式,最后提出了推進全域一體化發(fā)展的工作建議。既為浙江省推進全域一體化發(fā)展提供了理論支撐,又為如何推進浙江省全域一體化發(fā)展指出了實施路徑和現(xiàn)實建議。
[Abstract]:It has been more than 30 years since the implementation of reform and opening up in China. During this period, the urbanization rate in Zhejiang Province has reached 65.8 percent, and the status of cities has been rising in the economic and social development of the province. With the deepening of the construction of beautiful villages and the accelerating process of urban-rural integration, the development of urbanization in Zhejiang Province has entered the period of economic and social transformation and deepening of reform and innovation. It presents the trend of global integration. This paper takes the urbanization development of Zhejiang Province as the research object, through the collation and analysis of the relevant theories at home and abroad, as well as the investigation and arrangement of the current situation data of Zhejiang Province, establishes the index system of measuring the level of urban-rural integration development. This paper constructs the evaluation model of the urban and rural integration development in Zhejiang Province, probes into the problems and causes of the development of the new urbanization in Zhejiang Province through the empirical analysis, and aims at the characteristics and development trend of the new urbanization in Zhejiang Province at the present stage. This paper clarifies the goal of Zhejiang whole area integration, puts forward the leading mode of the whole area integration development, and finally puts forward some suggestions to promote the whole area integration development. It not only provides theoretical support for promoting the development of global integration in Zhejiang Province, but also points out the implementation path and practical suggestions for how to promote the development of global integration in Zhejiang Province.
