【摘要】：新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療是農(nóng)村發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)與衛(wèi)生經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)交叉領(lǐng)域的新問題,是農(nóng)村公共經(jīng)濟(jì)研究領(lǐng)域的新探索,是醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生經(jīng)濟(jì)理論的新發(fā)展。開展新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療實(shí)施效果及農(nóng)戶對(duì)新農(nóng)合制度的滿意度影響因素的分析,對(duì)于保障農(nóng)民基本醫(yī)療需求,解決因病致貧返貧的現(xiàn)實(shí)困難,加快解決"三農(nóng)"問題,以及構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)、推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè),具有十分重要的理論意義與現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值。論文從新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療的補(bǔ)償機(jī)制、衛(wèi)生資源利用水平、參合農(nóng)民醫(yī)療支出及農(nóng)民參保和支付意愿等四個(gè)方面,對(duì)新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療實(shí)施效果進(jìn)行分析評(píng)價(jià)。利用專題訪談和問卷調(diào)查獲得數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行回歸分析,得出參合者對(duì)新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療制度的總體滿意度,并分析利用影響參合者滿意度的主要因素,從而提出相關(guān)政策建議,為新農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療制度的完善和發(fā)展提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The new rural cooperative medical system is a new problem in the cross field of rural development economics and health economics, a new exploration in the field of rural public economic research and a new development of medical and health economic theory. The analysis of the effect of the new rural cooperative medical system and the satisfaction degree of the farmers to the new rural cooperative medical system can ensure the basic medical needs of the farmers, solve the practical difficulties of returning to poverty due to illness, and speed up the solution of the "three rural" problems. It is of great theoretical and practical value to construct a harmonious society and promote the construction of a new socialist countryside. This paper analyzes and evaluates the effect of the new rural cooperative medical system from four aspects: the compensation mechanism of the new rural cooperative medical care, the level of utilization of health resources, the participation of farmers in medical expenditure and the farmers' participation in insurance and payment will. By using thematic interviews and questionnaires to obtain data for regression analysis, the overall satisfaction of the participants to the new rural cooperative medical system is obtained, and the main factors affecting the satisfaction of the participants are analyzed, and the relevant policy recommendations are put forward. It provides the theoretical basis for the perfection and development of the new rural cooperative medical system.
